THANK YOU JON!!! Seriously, we bought a Sony Bravia 55" 4K TV at Best Buy in 2016, and it failed a few months ago. No power, nothing. No warranty, and Geek Squad didn't want to help since the TV was over 5 years old. Jon from Tino's TV Repair is part of a dying breed of craftsmen. He drove to my house, helped dismount the TV from the wall bracket, took it back to his shop, had it diagnosed in just a couple days (dead motherboard), got a brand new part, repaired it, reprogrammed the TV, delivered it back to my house, and helped remount it back on the wall, all at a very reasonable price. That was a few weeks ago and it works like a charm. Great guy, courteous service. Highly recommended!!!

Have called two different phone numbers at least a dozen times over the past month and sent numerous emails, not once did I ever hear back from this business. Would love to give them my business based on other’s recommendations, but not sure I can trust anyone to complete a job who can’t even give the most basic of customer service or courtesy.

They not only did not repair my Tv, but also charged me and promised that they will repair it. After a long time they brought a very old Tv (out of date) and said be patient and no Rush. I believed them because they looked like trusty and responsible. After that I called them many times they said be patient and we will repair it. I went on a trip and became sick. Afyer I returned , I called them, but they said it was a long time ago as it gone. Please do not trust this company whom look very polite and responsible. I am thinking to hire a lawyer .

I used Tino's TV Repair for my 75" Sony and I cannot recommend them enough. The technician John such a great person. Super responsive and knowledgeable with 40 plus years of experience. They quoted me a fair price to replace the main board saving me $$$ on a new TV that size. I live all they in Tinton Falls John drove all the way to my house to pick up and drop off the TV. They have a customer for life. Thank you guy's!!

Dropped off a tv that died in a thunderstorm on Monday, received a call Monday afternoon with an estimate, and was ready for pickup on Thursday. Excellent experience.

My brand new HiSense TV was not working correctly (it forced you to install an update that crashed every time). The HiSense customer service set me up with Tino's. Scheduling a day for repair was straightforward, and the timing window was accurate. John showed up in the morning around 9am and called/texted before arriving to make sure I was home. Repair was done and TV fully operational with an hour. I was working from home at the time, live on camera and microphone in a meeting, and it was no pressure. So quiet I forgot he was there.

When We went to turn on Our 65"TCL and nothing turned on My Wife started YouTubing how to diagnose it,we ended up having to Go thru the Walmart Extended warranty program we Purchased. Tino's Called us a day later and Showed up A few hours later to Pick it up. The Older Gentleman was very Polite and professional Took the Tv and handed me a Receipt page and said that they will bench test it and determine what the cause was "turns out the Led strips blew". Four days later Tino's called back up saying the TV was fixed and They were ready to Deliver it back to me as Good As new. I would definitely recommend TIno's To anyone I know in fact I Just did This morning.

This tv repair shop was chosen by Squaretrade and not by myself. Jonathan from Tinos did an excellent job with scheduling the appointment and coming to repair my tv.

Excellent customer service. We've used Tinos several times over the past few years and have always been impressed by their service. For our most recent repair, they picked up our TV at 8:30 pm and had it back to us by 3:30pm the next day. We've always been treated fairly on price as well.

When our cable boxes and living room tv got fried in a freak lightening storm, I didn't know who to call! I did a quick search on Yelp and found Tino's. The price to come pick up our massive 65" flat screen and run the appropriate diagnostic was very fair. Jon, the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I would absolutely recommend Tino's TV repair.
