“Just went to the micheals here. One thing of note about this shopping center is that absolutely every intersection between the parking areas and storefronts has a stop sign. Im not sure why they found this necessarily. Its important to yield for pedestrians in a shopping center parking area, but do you really need 8 consecutive stop signs with 50 feet between each of them”
“Just a small strip with two tenants (planet fitness and ocean state job lot). Overall it is a basic lot with two entrances and three exits. Two exit onto route 31, and the other exits into the southern side into the bourbon street wine parking lot.Decent lighting and adequate parking and asphalt conditions.The curbs are somewhat illogically placed in certain areas as I've witnessed vehicles destroying their tires on two separate occasions. Part of me blames incompetence, but part of me also gives them a pass due to the poor parking lot design.Overall it is nice to have an ocean state job lot this far northwest in New Jersey.”
“Good field for playing cricket. We enjoy a lot. Ample parking available. Only thing is - a constant buzzing sound from the high-tension lines above. I guess that is due to the fact that this area used to be outside the city earlier. People engulfed it ?There is a makeshift bathroom here as well.Overall, good place for playing.”

“Well maintained and clean for shopping center. Various types of businesses. The only businesses I venture into are the pet store, CVS and PNC BANK. There is a Starbucks, but personally do not enjoy dark roasted coffee beans. The food market seems well, but I also do not enjoy overpaying for items. If you live nearby, they probably have a place of business that may be of interest.”
“Staples, a good home/ office supply store as well as school supplies for the kids. They match competitive prices with advertisements (either on-line or newspaper) and will order something for you if they don't have it in stock. Also, free delivery is the next day on $50.00 purchases, locally. Courteous, friendly staff.”

“06/10/2023This app asked how I liked the Raritan Mall. Well, I can say it was ... um ... nice, I think.There was only one business open and later that evening, an Indian fast food restaurant making two but since there was a lot of easy parking for my tractor trailer, I was delighted to get my FMCSA-reguired 10-hour rest without anyone running me off. Of course, I was out of there before 2200 (as a local ordinance stated on a nearby sign) so I believe I did not break any laws.Nevertheless, a parking space for my truck rates 5 stars for sure! Thank you Raritan and Mall owner. Much appreciated.A shame Frank's Pizza was one of the businesses that seems to have shut down.”

“My opinion. I love clean. When I walk in the store and look at the floors I look at everything. If it's not clean, I'm out the door faster than I even came in. kings was clean ,pricing for the area and food competitive. Maybe a bit high. However, that's Joe biden's fault who I think is just despicable flooding Our country with nothing but illegal migrants, compromising our safety, etc. vote Republican or they'll be no USA as we know it!”
