Everyone was super welcoming from when I called to book the appointment to when I checked out. Dr. Scholz, Sam, and Jennifer are awesome and took the time to answer my questions and were extra patient with my kitty even with all her attitude. Would recommend to all my friends and family!!

Place overcharges for absolutely everything, ear infection costs $300 to clean dogs ears and they use a $25 medication? Ridiculous. Then they try to charge u more even telling u that they should run this test, and that test and to spend another $500+ on tests to see why the dogs ears keep getting infected?

After spending 13 years here, when I had an emergency with my dog they were too busy for me. Couldn’t squeeze us in for days. Lost our dog the day I needed them. Disappointed to say the least.

Look no further! Dr. Jan and staff are top-notch in all that they do for their customers. In January of 2019, Dr. Jan saw our Golden after he ingested part of a toy and had to do emergency surgery. Dr. Jan and her staff not only saved his life but continued to follow his recovery/progress for weeks after his discharge. The staff even personally delivered a speciality food right to our front door the evening of his surgery. Today, June 13, 2023, Dr. Jan extended her day and saw our Golden again to treat him for a double ear infection and hot spots. She took the time to explain the medications he will need and said to call with any questions or concerns. Thank you, Oldwick Animal Hospital for the care and attention you gave our dog, Hudson and the many others you have helped along the way. We are lucky to have Dr. Jan and her facility in our Oldwick neighborhood.

Today I brough my dog to Oldwick Animal Hospital. Stephannie was my vet tech. She was so sweet with my nervous Lab, and knew exactly how to calm her down. Every test Stephannie had to do was done with a plan of warmth and fun, making Trixie adore this woman. There was additional warmth, skill, and expertise when Dr. Fayne entered the room. It was suggested on my previous visit that my dog needed to have her lymph nodes assessed. Dr. Anna Owren Fayne explained the procedure, ensuring I understood how and why it was done and when to expect the results. All my questions were answered, and I was given a reasonable amount of time on my visit. I have never felt rushed there, and my questions are welcomed.The love and knowledge that is shown by Oldwick Animal Hospital is clearly evident. i

Oldwick Animal Hospital is really the best around. I don’t normally write reviews but they have really made a difference. My puppy had quite a few health problems when i first got her and they fixed them so quickly and were so caring with my girl. They answer all your questions and make you feel welcome and safe. I know i can trust them with my dog which is the most important thing! I could not recommend them more!

At the beginning of COVID I was looking for help with a sick cat. I had recently moved and the old veterinary hospital I had been working with was too far for me to get to. I called every local veterinary hospital that was open during that weekend (at least a dozen) and Oldwick Animal Hospital was the only one that made themselves available to help. They helped easily and for a fair price in my opinion.

We've been taking our dogs here since they opened and today marks the last day I will ever walk into the facility again. I called to have a prescription filled and left a message as no one was around to answer the phone. Two hours later, I received a text that the prescription was ready. I walked into the building with my mask on (like I have been over the past year) and was greeted by a nasty blonde older women who yelled at me that "people are not allowed in the building and I must walk back outside the door and call from there to let them know I was here to pick up the prescription!" WHAT?! How utterly rude and disrespectful! And if you're the owner reading this - the staff that was working the front desk were two blonde women - one who was older & the other who was younger at 4:00pm on 02/18/2022 Friday afternoon. Now I'll be taking my animals to a vet that has respect for their customers.

We are so impressed with Dr. Cailles and her animal hospital. The nature of our first visit was serious and the diagnosis not pleasant. We left with a comprehensive plan and solid advice which gave us confidence to proceed. I initially made the appointment at Oldwiick Animal Hospital with Dawn, at reception. She was super compassionate, listened attentively, and did her best to get me us in as soon as possible. It was a huge decision to switch veteranarians after 15 years. The practice we had our previous relationship with was bought by a corporation. Although we remained with the same doctor the level of care had became increasingly impersonal. After one appointment with Dr Cailles at Oldwick Animal Hospital I knew I'd made the right choice.

They’re friendly and extremely helpful. We’ve been to a few vets in the area and they’re by far the best. They take the time to really figure out what’s going on and we don’t ever feel rushed. Our Kaia does really well there.

Amazing staff. The staff there is pleasent kind and understanding. Everyone is quite knowledgeable to the procedures they perform and are beyond helpful...from taking pictures of your fur baby when they stay for an overnight visit to skmplyreaching out after a surgery. FYI Dawn is awsome

Clean and organized place!Dr. Scholz was great very nice and patience with my dog! She took her time to do his check up and also gave me time to ask any questions about him.Front desk girls are very nice and polite.Definitely a nice experience for me and my dog.

Doctor Izzie and all the technicians that we have dealt with have been fantastic caring for our 2 cats. We finally got to see the inside of the building, and it's nice and clean with a friendly front desk staff. Prices are reasonable compared to competitors (especially for claw trimming which our male cat won't let us do at home!). Highly recommended!
