Prompt delivery and kind workers, but the flowers delivered were looking quite shriveled and a little emptier than the arrangement pictures. Fair pricing for a local florist boutique, but there could be improvements on the freshness.

The flowers our out of town friend sent were beautiful. The delivery driver was friendly and professional. Will definitely use this florist the next time I need to send flowers.

This was the 2nd time we’ve ordered from Helen’s, and again, we were so pleased with the results! I’m always hesitant to order on the internet but it’s a necessity these days. I wrote a note saying we were pleased with the bouquet before and they did a really beautiful job this time too. Brie did the arrangement. Our friend texted us immediately and said it made her SO HAPPY (her capitalization) on her birthday. I’m a confirmed fan of Helen’s!

Overcharged and under delivered..
One dozen red roses going everywhere nothing in the middle looks like the delivery person dropped it on the way.

I am way beyond pleased with this local florist. There was a hiccup with my initial order and they pleasantly surprised me with correcting the issue with amazing customer service!!! My lesson here for everyone is to not go through 1800 flowers, but go direct to local florists only. I will be a returning customer because of how this matter was handled. Thank you for always striving for excellence and meaning it!

I had a small bouquet delivered to me and it was terrible. The roses were old, the hydrangea was dry, some of the greenery was wilting and the water was cloudy. I had to dump it all out and redo the bouquet to salvage what I could. I had to let the sender know, it was horribly disappointing.I must say, I was pleasantly surprised when I received another bouquet today from Brie, the owner of Helen’s florist. It is lovely and the hand written note was equally as nice! Mistakes happen… I now would highly recommend Helen’s as they completely turned this experience around. Good Job Brie!

Brie from Helen's Florist did an amazing job making centerpieces for my sisters bridal shower! They were absolutely gorgeous, everyone complimented them, and they were fighting over who got to take them home! Thank you so much for making my sisters day more special, Brie! I'll be contacting you for my wedding!

This place is awful. I wish I could give less than 1 star. We received our flower delivery and it would have been beautiful I'm sure but we were given flowers that were clearly struggling to survive, and to nobody's surprise a couple of them were dead the very next day. When we called the florist to see what could be done she was unapologetic and rude actually hanging up on my wife. We constantly have flowers in our house and like to try local places but this place could be the worst we've ever had.

We’ve received beautiful bouquets from them recently. The colors were amazing yet appropriate for the circumstances! So pleased**********After writing this above review this beautiful flower pot was sent to my daughter!! The funny part of the story is that the delivery guy Dave and I had a lovely long conversation when he showed up at my door…again.Due to a family member’s passing we had many deliveries recently. We spoke of many things including giving reviews and how helpful they are. AsI walked into the house I read the below card and had to run back out to show him why we received the flower pot! He had no idea either - he was just making another delivery…it was so sweet of them to acknowledge my daughter’s heartfelt efforts at a most difficult time.I will definitely visit Helen’s florist in the future!
