I just got a random call out of the blue from them about a policy, so out of confusion I just questioned what this was for and when I said I wasn’t interested the guy on the phone said “okay well you seem to ask a lot of questions” and then hung up. If that’s how y’all do customer service then I don’t want your policy thank you.

THE BEST! I have been getting my tires flipped twice a year for ten years and the team is friendly, extremely accommodating when issues arise, speedy, and fairly priced. Bonus…spacious lounge with coffee, TV, comfy chairs if you wait. I strayed one season to _ _ _ _year but they were more expensive, broke a part, and had no waiting area. Lesson learned!

This is the best mechanic you could go to, I will travel an hour just to bring my car to this place. Graham is always honest and fair and never trying to sell you something more. Him and his staff put out quality work in a timely manner. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Unprofessional management and one of the mechanics, short guy named Joe came out to my car, made some inappropriate comments and tried to give me his number. When I called and spoke to the secretary ( who claimed to be a manager ) named Nicole I believe, she told me that " she was sure he was joking and take it as a compliment." never coming back
