I wish I could have scored lower.
This was one of the worst places I ever booked. Unfortunately I didn't look at the reviews because I was in a hurry to book and for the price and just one short overnight I mistakenly thought how bad could it be! Well that was a big mistake. I got there and there was no front desk. I walked down the hall and found kids playing, paper scattered on the floor, and general filth. I walked out the other end of the hall and along the outside of the building where I saw trash, junk, bicycles, etc. all along the outside, and folks hanging out smoking in the parking lot. I went to the building up front, a red roof inn, and found it boarded up. I called the number for the Scottish in and the guy told me the front desk was in the boarded up building at which point I said forget it and found another hotel! Unfortunately I am stuck with the bill.

If I were you I would never come here, it's a pig sti roach infested and bed bugs Galore. I actually stayed overnight in the parking lot and actually got a ticket in the mail if you can believe that.

I am completely disappointed with my accommodation in this hotel that I had paid for for two days, first the photos are a deception, it is dirty, the TV is broken, the glass doors are broken, there are many cockroaches, the room stinks of damp, there was a huge refrigerator that didn't work, from the moment you enter the hotel it stinks, there was no hot water that day, I had to stay there because I was driving for 9 hours and 40 minutes and I was with my children, from the moment I entered the room, I had to I went to the reception because it was really something horrible and they told me that there were no more rooms that I could please stay in that would improve the conditions of the room, I had to go out and buy a disinfectant spray to smell to be able to improve the environment for my children, well now They were very tired and could not continue searching. The next day they did nothing for me even though I went to the reception 3 times, I really tell them it will definitely be a place I will never return to."

Main manager has his hands tied because of a boss who is cheap. It doesn't help almost all the people here are making this place worse. Smoking in non smoking rooms. Leaving trash everywhere. If you expect a clean room think again. If you wanna sleep with the lights off think again. Just wanna note that as I'm writing this I had killed a roach just crawling along the floor. Mind everyone I've done the most to fill random holes everywhere. It's infested no doubt. Isn't gonna change don't waste your energy here if you don't have to sleep in your car atleast you don't have to guard your belongings from bringing roach with you. No fridge I had to make shift a little bin with ice. No microwave. I'm on night guard duty to protect my toddler. Thank Jesus I brought my pillows blanket and got set of brand new sheets.It's bad here run far away. It's extreme stress when your used being able to walking across a floor that's not ROACH INFESTED!!!DONT COME HERE YOUR HEART WILL LOSE FAITH IN HUMANITY... I've been here 8 hours this is pain.

Never Again in life will I visit this poor excuse for a hotel first of all this is just a small list of the things wrong with this place1. When you walk in it reeks of smoke2. The toilet and the whole bathroom is absolutely filthy 3. The fridge is dirty I do NOT recommend storing any food in there4. It's a playground for roaches in there just ugh5. The room I was in the door was broken and could not open it from the outside6. There was a Cobb web on the back of the tv7. The tv barely workedThere's many more things wrong with this hotel but this was just a short list of things I pointed out.

‼️DO NOT RENT HERE‼️ ?????? ???? ?????? ?????!! ???????? ?????????‼️ I understand.. the price attracts everyone but please read fully!. I took a chance with this hotel and was eaten by bed bugs literally (this is serious) I went to the front desk to let the owner know and surprisingly was cursed clean out! I was so shocked that my lips were sealed! He stated that it’s us (the guests) who rents from him who are nasty and it’s not his fault. He then went on to say that he doesn’t care and the only people he is worried about is his family! He says he’s been dealing with “Americans” for many years and we don’t like to take care of things. When I tried to tell him I didn’t want to talk about race only the bed bugs he then got loud and started fanning his hand at me like “get away from the desk” that’s when I said I would write a review and he said he doesn’t care it’s not going to stop people from renting from him and he will be sure to make a liar out of me he said; (“I will just go on there and say it isn’t true”) his exact words…. Well he can’t say that because I began to record him and have most of it recorded. He also stated that his hotel stays full and people will rent from him anyway so he doesnt care! Truthfully The place is really condemned smells extremely musty and moldy there are a host of homeless people in and out and hanging around .. nothing against them but they shouldn’t be hanging around they should be in a room as guests…I tried to save money and this is what I got! I have no reason to make this up… if you are reading this and still rent from this property you are asking for a disaster in one way or another‼️???? ???? ?? ???? ??????? ???? ?? ??? ????? ???? $1 ????? ?? ???? ??????? ?? ???? ? ?????? ?????!! I will also follow up with the "BBB" please see photos.. I did not ??? these bugs until i realized i had been bitten in face back, arms and one on leg that i pulled fitted sheet ofg and discovered the matress was covered with them! poor service bed not made for new room as well as insects and bugs on the curtains and when asked to switch rooms was declined and said others be happy to pay $95 vs the Marriot across the street at $200+ cmon not right to treat customers like such don't get a room here!!! buyer be Ware!!!

My wife and I through exploring abandoned places in new jersey, Connecticut, NY, and Pennsylvania have stayed at truly awful, fleabag motels, but this is the absolute worst:Wifi doesn't work TV remote and satellite TV doesn't work Room smells Doesn't look anything like picture on internet Rude manager who was put out in trying to show us how the TV works, receives one channel, wcbs, ny, so atleast you don't have to get up to change channels Refrigerator doesn't workGuy got testy woth me and said he'd give us a refund, but other hotels in area were over $200 a night, should've taken him up on it bc that was before we realized that the room is invested with roaches

I called a front desk for reservations. The person with thick accent picked up the phone with very rude attitude and told me that all rooms are booked, and hanged up on me. I called again because it says on hotel's website that rooms are available for booking. The same person told me that I can book, but when I arrive it will be not room for me because their system is closed. I think hiring manager should train this employee much better. No wonder that rating of this hotel is very poor. I never talked to most rude, unprofessional, and uneducated hotel clerk in my life. Just discussing!

We left after 10 minutes. The main thing I ask of a h/motel is NO BUGS, especially roaches. This place had them everywhere. The pictures they provide on their website and to all the booking sites are from when it was a Red Carpet Inn and looked nice. It looks nothing like these pictures. Just disgusting.
