Went there for a conference where the crowd was primarily women. Within the conference space, they were also hosting a high-school reunion. Some of the old white men rom the reunion stood in the hallway that we had to walk along to the gallery and made disgusting comments about our attendees.
Additionally, the restaurant and front desk staff were generally rude and unwelcoming. The bartenders were great though. I DO NOT recommend this venue for any event that requires sensitivity or if women are going to be attending.

Hotel is totally fine and clean. Staff is friendly. Only major issue is the noise on the highway side. It’s amazing the difference between having a room on the front of the hotel versus the side.

Nice rooms very clean. I was there for a delayed flight from Newark. The hotel is pretty far from the airport or NYC so it's not the best choice if you're looking for something close. Otherwise, it's very nice.

Very unwelcoming staff upon checking in . Rooms were very humid and stuffy Ac was substandard . Best part of the stay was the staff at the breakfast buffet.

Pictures show a pool, but no pool is provided. POOL IS CLOSED.
Stay was alright, room small. No beer available in the little store.

Management is very arrogant, impolite, and bitter! They care about (money) more than they care about guest(s)! The housekeepers are lazy. We were given an unsanitary room with (dirty floors, wash clothes, and bedsheets.) The Supervisor at the Front Desk name Tara needs to be fired, she is very hostile, with an abrupt presence, she is unfriendly, and do not like the customers. It is recommended for Corporate to conduct several pop up visits to evaluate how the hotel is being operated overall. The Hanover Marriott Hotel would be such a better welcoming environment if management including but not limited to unfriendly front desk staff and lazy housekeepers would be replaced. This is not a welcoming kid friendly environment, if you are seeking a hotel to stay at, look at the reviews first, and avoid this location!!!

TV didn't work the night Donald Trump got shot. The breakfast buffet was not clean. Probably won't stay here again.

Great stay in this Marriott that is very centrally located in the town. Location is great a close to stores. Restaurants and shops are not far away. Service was excellent and very friendly. Rooms were clean. They have a nice coffee machine for free coffee, hot chocolate, etc., available in the morning. Two restaurants on property. The pub was really good. I will definitely stay again.

We were there to attend a marriage and stayed for 2 nights. The room was really well maintained and clean. We were in a king bed room. All the amenities were really good. Will surely visit again.

Mostly good hotel, multiple issues while I was there. Was woken up multiple times, by an alarm clock and wake up call setup by the previous person who stayed in my room. They need new processes to prevent these things from happening. Also, the public bathroom had a flood while I was there. These things happen. Hopefully they make changes so they aren't a sign of declining service.
