I would give them 0 stars if I could. Be aware that the 4/5 star reviews listed on here are for the prior owner (Raj) who I went to for years and thought was great. I noticed the only other recent review on here is from another customer who had an item disappear. The new owners lost several items of mine that cost upwards of $500. Rather than owning up to their mistake to a customer who had been going to this location for a decade, they claimed that I had in fact already picked up the clothes and was trying to defraud them into a settlement. Some customer service! There is another dry cleaners less than a quarter of a mile away. Avoid Crown at all costs.

They are fine with shirts and dry cleaning until they replace a tailor-made shirt with someone else's shirt. When I went back to complain, they will NOT give you any credit for the lost item. With their poor communication skills (couldn't understand them), I think they acted like they gave us an "extra shirt!" More than anything else, these cleaners usually get the "number" of shirts submitted correct.

I wish I could give a 0 as the rating. The worst experience with dry-cleaner ever. Here are several things they did awful.
1. I asked them to clean a jacket, when I picked up, there are many dirty area and spots on the sleeve and upfront along the zip. They are so sharp and I could not help noticing it at my first glance. If you are not able to clean the dirty spots, you have to tell the customer, not to speculate on the chance that the customer failed to catch it.
2. I asked them to re-do it and I told the owner that I need the jacket on next Monday. But when I returned I only found the jacket is still there, nobody ever did anything on it in several days.
3. I said I need to take it for a trip and when I return I will have them to redo it at no additional cost. They said ok. But when I return with the Jacket, they want to charge me again. What the hell is going on! I need to pay again for their mistake? And the owner said they could not guarantee to remove the dirty spot. Then what is the point of running the "Cleaner" business? Just rip-off the customer again and again?
If you live in Morris county and need a cleaner, shop around,don't waste your time!
