My past experience with another Lexus dealership was not so good as they were pushy, rude and not very helpful, but I was pleasantly surprised by the team at route 10, my main contact was Nick, and he was super professional, polite and helpful, he insured that my experience was smooth and satisfactory. I can’t say that the prices are low but they gave me a good discount. If you need anything done at a Lexus dealership this is the one to go to. Overall I highly recommend this dealership’s service department.”
