Terrible attention to my mother, they have no medicine, we are going to ask for them and they say that they do not have them ready and that we should call today, I called and they had me on the line for about 30 minutes and in the end they cut off, they should close it and place a pharmacy that is efficient and not that one that is irresponsible

Idk how hard it is to staff a Walgreens adequately it is the only pharmacy in my area that takes my insurance so I am forced to use them but they aren't alsways open on weekends which is super inconvenient! Long wait times when I do go and they hang up on me when I call. HORRIBLE.

Pharmacy is closed again! Supposed to be open until 9pm. I'm here at 8:30 and it's closed. Not the first time this has happened. They had a "floater" come in, but they left at 5pm. No one will be in the pharmacy until Monday morning. When it was Rite-Aid they never had this problem. With all the Walgreens in the area and they could not find anyone to cover???? Manager flat out lied to me when I asked. Said they only found out a half hour before that they would have no one. The kid at the front register told me that they did have a floater. I suggested to the manager that they should call/text all the people in their system that had prescriptions ready and let them know that no one would be in the pharmacy after xx time. She said that was impossible. Strange that they can text me to let me know that I need a refill and then text to let me know that the prescription is ready to be picked up, but they can't text you a few hours before their floater is due to leave to let you know they will be closing??? That's just POOR management!!! She should be fired or at least demoted. If you can't think outside the box to resolve issues, then you should not be paid as a manager. Corporate office should get trained help in this store.

Got passport pictures done. Robert was very nice and kind. He was the only one up front and while he was helping me a line formed at the registers. A woman named Jamie, inappropriately in my opinion, scolded him for not calling for help. He apologized and said there wasn’t a line when he began helping me. And she continued how about he has a line now and start deep signing and muttering under her breath. I understand frustration at work, but I think it’s inappropriate and unprofessional to speak to your colleagues that way, let alone in front of customers.I appreciate Robert’s help and his kindness! I also appreciate the manager (i think) who came to help me finish my passport photos when Robert had to go to the register quickly and aid the line. He also took the opportunity to show Robert and use it as a teaching moment how to take a better image so that the images don’t get rejected.

The service here is terrible. The pharmacists don't understand how to log or honor prescriptions, and they will lie to you to cover up for their mistakes. Avoid this store.

Pharmacy is inconsistent, not compassionate and judgemental. And this doesnt just pertain to this walgreens. Ive been to 3 in the area. Go to your local mom and pop stores at least they treat you liek youre human

I had a PCR test on 06-14-2022 at 9:45 am due to an upcoming procedure on 06-17-2022. I was promised by Walgreen's store in warthon NJ that the results were going to be available within 48 hours. So today I checked my e-mail to see if my results had come in but to my surprise, there were no results at all. I proceeded to call the pharmacy to find out about the PCR test. They provided me with the requisition number and the name of the lab. I then called the lab and informed me that they never received the sample. I immediately call the pharmacy at Walgreens and spoke to the pharmacist Noor who was a very insensitive human being. she stated that on 06-14-2022, there was an emergency that prompted the closing of the store for the day and no samples were delivered that night. However, the samples were delivered the following night. If they had an emergency why could not they make arrangements to send the samples on 06-15-2022 early in the morning? Now my procedure is going to be canceled by the dr. That pharmacist just did not care about my situation which was caused by the lack of negligence on their part by not making sure the clients will get the results as promised. They never called to notify me of the problem. I will never go back to that store and never mind recommend it. as far as the pharmacist is concerned, she does not deserve a star.

Made an appointment for 1:30 and left at 2:30 waiting for a shingles vaccine. Had me waiting without letting me know that I can sit and wait, younger girl in glasses eating resses and ordered chicken fingers throughout this time. Horrible pharmacy staff and does not seem considerate whatsoever

Been going here for more than 10 years for my prescriptions. Honestly it was better when it was Rite Aid, and now that the pharmacy is CLOSED on Saturday's and Sunday's I'll be using another pharmacy. What a shame

INCOMPETENT PHARMACISTS/TECH. Walgreens Wharton does not know how to count medication. Prescribed my grandma the wrong dose and wrong amount of medication she almost died and ended up shaking. The pharmacist proscribed and directed enough steroids for 20 days when the physician prescribed for seven 7 and it they instructed to take until all the tablets are gone. Her physician told us to contact the pharmacy about wrong dosing and they said “well what do you want us to do about it take the pills back?” I do not recommend this place AT ALL. They are not even open on weekends anymore. Who ever heard of a pharmacist not open on a weekend? This place really went downhill it was better as rite aid.

This is probably the single most unprofessional Walgreens staff I've ever encountered. Slow, rude, embarrassing, HIPA violating, and no help whatsoever is all you will experience if you send your prescription to this walgreens. You'll also wait over an hour even if your waiting there. They do not cars about you. Plain and simple.

Covid test drive-thru line was painfully slow. We ended up leaving and went elsewhere. They must come up with a faster, more efficient system. Unless you want to wait 1-2 hours for a test, I don’t recommend coming here.

The staff are lovely, so thankful for all they do. The pharmacy team really tries to get people in and out as fast as possible and you can see they do all they can for you. Thanks again!
