Shawnt’e was extremely polite and helpful today! She hands down gave my girlfriend the best customer experience to date with the post office. She provided excellent service and possessed the knowledge to make sure our package arrived at the time we needed it to. And at the best possible price. We were quoted as having to spend almost $200, to have the same delivery service done by FedEx. We spent nowhere near that, and our package is expected to be there exactly when we want it to. I would absolutely recommend this Post Office to anyone in the area. Thanks again to Shawnt’e!

Probably the best postal experience I have ever had. The two women behind the counter were incredibly friendly and made everything smooth and easy. I had 3 packages and about 100 save the dates to ship. Everything was handled quickly. They helped me pick the cutest stamps!

Post Master was rude and unprofessional. My normal mail carrier is great but this fill in mail carrier was lazy and didn't get out of her truck to get me to sign a certified letter and the wharton/Dover post office lost it. They found it after 2 weeks and the Post Master in Wharton was acting like no big deal here's your letter. I refused to sign it and she got very unprofessional. It took me 2 weeks of calling and trying to find this letter, for her to act so happy that they found it but, giving no care about their lazy employees. They weren't even gonna contact me after finding it. I went down there on a whim to ask about it when it miraculously appeared. Yes I was upset cause it was a CERTIFIED letter not junk mail.USPS is horrible and the Wharton Post Office is no exception.

The employees are always extremely friendly and make conversations with customers, which brings a smile to my face. I actually look forward to visiting the Wharton post office (which is hard to say for some other locations in our area!). Also a huge plus that they open at 8am during the week!

Just want to let everyone know. Wharton post office is the best. All the new people there are so nice and helpful. Especially Millie always has a smile even early in the morning,very helpful.
