Crumbling product edges. Came in incorrectly twice with the measurements wrong, doesn’t fit together and behind schedule. Don’t ever order any countertops without having the company come out and template first. I’m going to have to scrap the whole thing.

I have had my custom concrete dining table for five years now and it is STILL in excellent condition. It was originally to be an exterior table, however because of the quality and flawless detail we opted to utilize it as our main dining table. With three kids and every day use, it still is Pristine! Vendors can make or break you on commercial projects. We never had that concern with this company from start to finish.Luke and Jule were both extremely responsive throughout the project and made sure the product was right and on-time. Overall, they left us (and the owner) with a product we were proud to showcase.

Order # 8419I ordered a bracket from Trueform and received the shipping information from them 5 days later, to be delivered on 11/21/19. On the 21st the item still showed as being delivered on that day, but Fedex said they didn’t have the item. I called and spoke to the receptionist and was transferred to Mike and had to leave a message. I called back 30 minutes later and spoke to the receptionist again, trying to find out where my order was. This was at 2:38 pm and they told me a song and dance about how they were sorry for the delay and they were short staffed and needed to hire more people, I asked to have the item sent with expedited shipping. She told me it was already scanned and on the truck. I called and spoke to Fedex, they said that the item was not scanned onto the truck until after 3:30pm.
