I find most of the staff specifically the pharmacists rude and condescending. I recently called in a prescription on 12/22/22. A medication that I’ve taken for the past several years and was told on 12/24/22 that the RX was declined due to my DR’s ID being inactivated…the pharmacist stated he called the Dr and left a VM message Had he in fact called he would have been advised that my Dr had recently passed away. So on Christ Eve the pharmacist declined my medication even though I had a valid prescription until March of 2023…a medication that should not be abruptly stopped. The only recourse that was recommended was to find another MD! Needless to say I will be ending my association with this group..! They truly don’t care about the well being of their customers!

Painfully slow, I use the other shoprite pharmacies with no issue. Every time I come here it takes multiple hours to fill a prescription, even after I called two hours ahead I still had to wait because they had not started it.

My wife and I purchased the Bowl and basket turkey dinner for two. I just got over covid and we we're staying home for thanksgiving. We we looking forward to a good hot turkey dinner.. unfortunately, it was the most awful meal we have ever had since our college cafeteria days 45 years ago. Shame on Shoprite for offering such a subpar disgusting meal. We had tums a la mode. Garbage food!

Most shop rite cashiers dont lift a finger to help you bag as there is a line after you. I had experience today where I had big order and cashier just told next person in line it will be a few more minutes as he stood there not helping me bag. I was so nervous trying to hurry that I left cold cuts behind I told cashier he could have helped and his reply was he didnt reach in front of me to get my bags. How insensitive and rude considering I was a senior.

Great.... In and out, have everything I need, friendly people.They have recently renovated the place with new floors, new design, etc. New fresh look....2022.09.05 update:Still great, now they have added a bunch of self checkout lines. There are two minor annoyances with the self checkout lines; (1) it wants you to place everything in the bagging area. You have to hit the skip bagging button each time, which is annoying and slows you down. (2) When finished scanning your items, it will allow you to tap to pay or pay with your credit card on the pinpad device. However, nothing will happen if you didn't first tap on pay with credit card on the main scanning touchscreen. Then, if you tap on pay with credit card after you have already processed your credit card on the pinpad device, you have to reprocess your credit card on the pinpad device. I'm always fearful that they will charge me twice in this scenario.Most other systems automatically handle both of these situations.By default, allow me to scan but skip bagging (for example I have 10 of the same item - allow me to scan 1 of them 10 times and leave the other 9 in my cart). What's the fear factor? They have cameras every where.When paying, the system knows I just processed my credit card on the pinpad device (if it doesn't, for some odd reason, then it should - fix that). Allow that payment to go through, don't force me to do it again, which can lead customers to think they have just been hit with a duplicate charge (plus it slows things down). If for some reason it is impossible, (1) prevent the user from going off the happy path by shutting down the pinpad device until the taps pay with credit card on the main scanning touchscreen, or (2) if they process their credit card before tapping pay with credit card and then they tap on pay with credit card, don't force them to process the credit card a second time, you have their information from the first time (or at least you should - if you don't, fix that) so no need for duplicate credit card swipes.Fix these things to improve speed and user intuitiveness. That will get you to 100%!

They have a wonderful selection of Japanese sushi they also have samples every so often the store is bright and well lit the staff is extremely friendly you always have a chance to get a shopping cart the selections are very nice because the communities has many different variations of races and pre-same colors so I am happy I really like to come here from the city when I have to go to the military base please come and be with us it's fun fun fun

Been a customer at the pharmacy for years. I have never had such awful service with not calling my doctor for my refills and making me wait 4 days for a refill will be going elsewhere.

The bakery cakes are frozen but they will tell you they are not, leaving you to serve a frozen cake. Huge shame because back when they actually made fresh cakes, they were good. Go somewhere else and buy a fresh cake.

Poor quality control in their "fresh" pre packaged salads. Today when I open my grilled chicken Caesar salad a 1 inch bug was in there. It was so disgusting! Never again will I purchase store packaged food from the shop-rite Wharton location.

I have a huge needle phobia. I needed to get my covid booster and flu shot and choose the pharmacy in the hopes the slightly less medical setting would help me relax. My anxiety got the best of me and the staff especially Leslie was absolutely amazing with trying to help me stay calm. Thank you to the pharmacist and staff for making today's vaccination experience one where I didn't feel embarrassed.
