They got my hitch put on in about an hour took 2 weeks to get the part in. Which I could have been compensated for because it caused me to be late in picking up my uhaul which caused me to loose my uhaul and now I'm stuck in new jersey

Roxbury Trailers provided the utmost professional service when I suffered a broken torsion axle on my car hauler trailer. Ken personally assisted me from when he initially answered the phone to even calling before leaving for the day to assure that my trailer was still working properly. Although Ken could not locate a replacement axle; the broken axle was taken off in less than 30 minutes from arriving at the repair shop. I would’ve waited over a hour but they knew I was from out of town and needed to be on the road soon. Ken was upfront with the quote of removing the axle. If you have any trailer issues in the New Jersey area, call Ken at Roxbury Trailers. Customer service is their priority.
