Like any other bank no big deal. Except with this bank I actually worked for them for 7 yrs. Not a great place to work but their banking is is like all the others.

Awful experience. Rude. Yelled . Unhelpful. Transferring to another branch ASAP.

I have been a customer for over 30 years. Never had an issue. Always easy to deal with. Started my account at Rockaway Townsquare Mall in 1990 and have been with them ever since. Always courteous and helpful. I recommend them to everyone.They have never changed their name either like so many other local banks. Love them.... read full comment
