“Can I just say, D&M Auto Body made the experience of getting my car repaired, the BEST, worst experience ever. I think we can all agree that having something go wrong with your car is terrible and we’d all rather NOT do it, but if I had to do it again, D&M is the only place I’d go from here on out.In a haze of grief from losing a friend the week prior, I backed my brand new 2024 Hyundai Tucson into a parking garage support beam, basically ripping the mirror off the door. That night I did some research on auto body shops in the area and I’m so glad I found D&M.Every aspect of working with D&M, from getting the estimate to picking up my fully repaired car today, was pleasant and seamless.The website not only has information about the services they offer, what the repair process is, their team and history, but also has information that was super useful as a general customer like FAQs, consumer rights information, how to manage the insurance claims process, and even information on things your insurance company can and can’t do.The customer service was absolutely immaculate. My appraiser Dave, pretty much held my hand through the entire process and did so with patience and grace. I’m not ashamed to admit that I had NO idea what I was doing, and he quickly and kindly answered all my emails, took all my calls, and answered every question I had, especially those concerning the claims process because Progressive wasn’t very clear at ALL in what they needed. Shannon at the front desk, would periodically check in and give me updates on what was happening with the car and the progress they were making (or not) with Progressive, and was just a pleasure to speak to.The repair is flawless and was done SO quickly. I got the call that my car was ready only a week and 2 days after they’d let me know that they could begin the repairs! If you look at my car you wouldn’t even know that the door needed to be replaced. It looks exactly like it does when I drove it off the lot in September. Everything is functioning as it should. They even detailed the inside of the car, gave her a wash, and blessed me with a complimentary t-shirt and keychain. Immaculate. Customer. Service!!D&M has a customer for life …that is as long as they’re willing to have me lol. I know Progressive isn’t the best to deal with. If you’re having any questions or doubts about who should repair your car, look no further because D&M will take good care of you!”

They refuse to give you a loaner during the warranty period because you bought your 90K car at another Mercedes dealership. update: Nelson took care of me well. I was given a loaner and my car is being serviced. Currently they are waiting for parts and decision from corporate. TBC...”

“The team at Ken’s has performed work on many vehicles of mine. From what seemed like a total loss of 21k in damage, to a minor fender bender, Eddie and his team do everything the right way. I’ve even had some classic cars repainted/parts sprayed and it’s the only place I’d trust with in the area. I never have to worry that the work won’t look great when they’re finished. The front office folks are really through and nice, and Ronnie works magic on all vehicles. My only wish is that the insurance companies would work a little more seamless with them, but that’s not their fault and for another review!”
“Really great work and such nice guys! They fixed my car after I was rear ended, dealt with my insurance and made sure it was not a headache for me. They work fast too. I even brought it there a few months later when my car was making a noise and Roger drove it for me and told me what I should do. They were so kind and I could trust their advice. “I sent my 99 ram in for bodywork and to be fully repainted. Miguel was very nice and knowledgeable! He worked with me the entire time and gave me updates. You have to know what you want and what to ask for. Maaco did a fantastic job on the bodywork and the paint looks great! I have since sent other people to have work done by Maaco and they too have been very happy with their work. Definitely recommend!”

“I took my car to MD Colors after getting two other estimates done by other auto shops. I had paint damage across the side of my car and David was the only one that pointed out that there were minor dents as well. With that, I immediately trusted him and his team's work was amazing. David was very helpful and went out of his way to explain everything that needed to be done and made sure that I was satisfied. I highly recommend, don't mess around with any other auto body shops. “Would definitely recommend using Troast for autobody work. A friend backed into my car and damaged the fender. I was able to complete an online estimate with pictures and have an answer within a few days. I ended up booking with Troast because they had the best rate and the fastest turn around, not to mention close to Enterprise Rental. In addition, I spoke to Jeff who was helpful and pleasant which is always nice. Overall it was a great experience and I would return if I needed similar work done.”

“My vehicle was towed here after a low speed collision by choice of my insurance company. C&L answered all of my questions, even questions they could’ve pointed me towards my insurance provider for, they were happy to answer (which saved me a lot of time I would’ve had to spend dealing with insurance). The work was done very quickly and at an amazing rate. I have lived all over the east coast, from Florida to Maine, and I have never seen a lower and fairer hourly rate. The repair was a bumper replacement, a repair I’d had done literally 2 months earlier at a different shop when my neighbor backed into my vehicle. That repair cost 2.5k, this repair cost 1.5k and it looks just as good, if not better. What else is there to say? Amazing work. Plus they completed the job 2 days ahead of schedule, over a holiday weekend. I will be coming to C&L for all my body work in the future.”

Not only was it highly competitive, but they were able to accommodate scheduling me in an acceptable timeframe and their time estimate to complete the repair was exceptional. They even called to ask if I wanted to bring it in earlier, as they'd had a cancellation. The result was perfect... just like new. I highly recommend this shop.”
