very happy with our salesman Ken, he was very patient with us and very knowledgeable. the only thing I dont like is that there are never any discounts or sales . being a military family I thought that would at least give us free delivery or something .

Stay away and save your money.
am very disappointed with the quality of the couch I purchased from Bob's Discount
Furniture. After just over a year of use, the couch started to show significant signs of deterioration, far beyond what I would expect from normal daily use. The cushions lost their shape, and the fabric began to wear out prematurely. Given the price and initial appearance, I expected the furniture to last much longer.
When I contacted customer service to discuss the issue, I was met with little concern or willingness to help. For a company that prides itself on offering value, I found the durability of their product lacking.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning their quality and I will not be purchasing furniture from Bob's again.
The couch set is almost unusable now, and got to the point that one of my kids started bleeding from the staple scratches… worst of all this is that for almost a year I’ve been trying to get covered by the warranty but they refuse to help.
Waste of money…

Terrible customer service. Lady kept hounding me on buying couches. When I said give me a minute she would stand right in front of me impatiently waiting. Then when I said I’ll be back (which I was) she started saying that I was just passing by “to kill time” terrible experience . I don’t know how this place has stars this high. I ended up buying Ashley’s as the customer was amazing and they actually gave me a good deal while working with me to satisfy my needs.

I love going to Bob’s for all my furniture needs. I purchased a new bedroom set from Matthew. As always, he is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend working with him!
