I have lived at the Avalon Wharton for a few years and I have had an amazing experience. From the process of first leasing my home to eventually moving out, the management team has always been so helpful and supportive. John in particular has always gone above and beyond for his residents. He follows through on any requests or concerns, he answers any questions you may have and does all of this while remaining friendly, personable and kind. I recently moved to another Avalon community and he helped me with the entire transfer process. He explained all the logistics and what I needed to do and then processed everything on his end very quickly. Very grateful to John and his team who made me feel at home and comfortable throughout my stay at the Avalon Wharton!Shoutout to the maintenance team who were always there for any issues in the apartment and got things done so efficiently!Thank you!

Luis K. try went above and beyond to assist my family and I since our recent move. He took valuable time out of his day to help me locate my list phone and also accommodated last minute repair requests. His generosity and promptness in addressing our needs have made us feel incredibly welcome. Without a doubt, this man deserves a promotion!

I really enjoy Avalon Wharton! Everyone working here is so friendly! From those at the front desk to the maintenance team! If I have any issues or concerns, I reach out to John from the leasing office and he’s always so helpful and reassuring.Luis and Fernando on the Maintenance team are amazing! are the best. Within 24-hours of submitting my maintenance request, it was resolved. They were so polite, funny, and super friendly.

Fernando Moreno & Luis Carrillo have made my move in process easy. Love living here at Avalon Wharton! I hope this review helps out anyone thinking of moving in. Maintenance staff is definitely a 5 star team.

the maintenance crew came and fixed both my dryer & ice machine in a matter of minutes- Luis C & Fernando both were efficient, polite, and very knowledgeable. Really appreciated having them come so quickly ( same day as I made an appointment) thank you again!

I love the Avalon Wharton. From the beginning of the move-in-process to the speediness of the maintenance staff in my requests , everyone here has rocked.John in the office is always helpful and patient. He responses quickly to all emails and helps with any concerns.Luis and Fernando on the Maintenance staff are the best. I’ve only had a few requests and each time it was resolved in less than 24 hours. They are always respectful of my home, always polite and in a good mood and always call ahead as requested. A+++++ service!!!!

Clean but not worth it. DO NOT move here if you work nights. The landscaping equipment they use is loud enough to wake the dead and they do all their mandatory checks when day sleepers are trying to sleep. I will not renew my lease

We've been living here about a month now and have really enjoyed it so far. Have not experienced any of the usual issues that come with apartment living. We have needed maintenance a couple times now and they have been really quick in getting everything sorted. Really appreciate the hard work from them!

Love the atmosphere and people of Avalon so far. John in the leasing office is AMAZING love him lol any and all questions that I have he is quick to answer. Complex itself is quiet for the most part but you’re definitely going to hear your neighbors above you. Stomping lol which is normal in any apartment for the most part lolMaintenance staff is very nice and prompt with request. Any problem that I have had John has reached out to me within hours with a solution. They are also always seen around the building which makes it great for residents to have access to them when needed. Thank you guys again.

Luis Moreno, Thank you so much for fixing this problem with such fast speed and same day. Luis was prompt, knowledgeable, and personable. Thank you for the great work and for getting the electrical problem working. Also, thank you for the quick response this early morning when the cable company needed your assistance and I messaged the app and Luis showed up to open the main room in less than 2 minutes. Again, thank you for the amazing work you do and for always being pleasant. Much appreciated.

Shawn is the best maintenance guy on this property. I dropped my car keys in the elevator shaft when i was moving. He was kind enough to retrieve it, while we were waiting on the elevator company to come on site. Would literally be stuck here until the company came onsite , who knows when that is or pay $500 to Mercedes benz for new key fob plus 2 days just to schedule me and towing to the dealer. Edit I would like to add that Luis is also great very fast and courteous at any maintenance work. Overall the staff here in the office ( Nicole ) and maintenance is great and quick to respond to any requests. Thank you for making my stay here so pleasant.
