The owner is as honest and professional as they come. I purchased an E350 Coachman in the area and the breaks failed. No RV shop would help me and I was passing threw doing journeyman engineering work. All shops said they could not lift the vehicle. I called desperately around and found Arsenal. They used heavy floor jacks and made it happen. Thanks again for saving me guys!

The mechanics work honestly and on conscience, I praise them. My car was repaired well, but it's true not very fast, but that's different, because the breakdown was not easy.

John goes out of his way to insure your car is serviced properly. most recently he worked til 10pm to make sure my ac was fixed for my next day 7 hour car ride. He is fair, reliable and his prices are very reasonable

John was friendly and helpful, taking the time to understand what was wrong with my car and fully explaining how to resolve the issue. He was communicative throughout the repair process, keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. John went above and beyond by giving me a ride to work so I'd be able to leave my car at the shop for the repairs. Highly recommend this business!
