We had a wonderful experience working with Sharon from You're so invited. We ordered customized wedding invitations and escort table cards and personalized thank you cards to send to our guests after the wedding. Barbara is also very nice at their store. Their store is not far from NYC where we live (40 min and you only need to go there twice- to choose your invitation + pick them up in person or they can ship them to you for extra fee) The invitations/escort cards we ordered were reasonably priced for how high quality they are. Our wedding invitations came out exactly how we had hoped for, they were elegant and simple, which is very much our style and what we wanted. Everyone loved them as much as we did! The escort cards and thank you cards were also elegant and beautiful. Everything matched with our invitations, the paper color, font, style etc. We will be referring this vendor to our friends and family in the future. My mother will use them again for my sister's wedding in the future as well. You won't be disappointed, in fact you will be very satisfied with this vendor. Just make sure you give yourself 2.5 months prior to when you want to send them out. So meet with them 2.5 before you ship our your invites. There is a whole process that goes into making wedding invites, and you want to make sure you get it right and that you are not rushed! Thank you x10000 for being a reliable vendor who we enjoyed working with. Thank you for bringing our vision to life!

I went there to get my wedding invites and while I did pick some out there and wind up purchasing them I was not happy with the customer service. While we were seated at a table picking out invites, an obnoxious woman came in harried and loud and she needed emergency fast invites for her kids bd party and we were asked to get up and stand for the remainder of our visit and let her sit because she comes in all the time and is a repeat customer. Despite this, we still bought invites from them which I regret. We had quite a few with misspelled names, their fault. And I was told I would have to pay for re prints even though they messed up. They capitalized incorrect letters in some hyphenated last names and told me the way I had it was wrong. Also when I went to pick up the final products the lady at the register was cold and rude and I was so happy to pick up my invites and was just admiring them and she kept saying hello that's $250 balance. You have to pay now, you can't come back and pay it later. She was so grumpy and rude and I wasn't running out on the balance I was just taking a split second to admire the invites. If I could give half a star on customer service I would. The shop owner said it's a fake review. Well let me add in a pic of my invites then. Maybe that will help her remember because this did happen and I would never set foot in that store again. But nice try.

I had my wedding this summer and was so excited to work with You’re So Invited on my invitations! Linda and Sharon were a pleasure to work with. I came in with a specific vision and they helped to create a custom invitation for my summer romantic wedding. My husband and I were so happy with our invitations and we got many compliments on them. I would definitely recommend You’re So Invited to family and friends!

I highly recommend the team at You're So Invited for Event paper needs! They helped my husband and I put together a wedding invitation that was exactly what we had hoped for! We were unsure if we were going through with our wedding or not due to the Pandemic, and You're So Invited was honest and worked with us to put in last minute orders. We ended up changing the date of our wedding last minute due to the pandemic, and they again helped us put together a different wedding invitation for the new season and style of our wedding months later. They helped write out every piece of the invitation, reply card, details card and made it such an easy process for us! Everything turned out beautifully! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I highly recommend the team at You're So Invited! They came recommended to me by my cousin who used them for her wedding and they were hands down the best! I was nervous going into the invite process of my wedding - not really knowing what I needed but also having a thousand ideas running through my head! They helped me quickly piece together a simple yet beautiful invitation that was exactly what I had hoped for! They helped write out every piece of the invitation, reply card, accommodation card and made it such an easy process for me! I will definitely be recommending them in the future!

Linda and Sharon go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and exquisite product. During crisis conditions, they remained available and responsive. Their steadfast support of the areas where they do business is reflected in their generosity and commitment to our community members. You're So Invited has been and will continue to be our longtime personal design and printing destination for announcements and special occasions.

You're So Invited was mine and my husbands go to place for gifts. After the way I was treated today by the older woman with the red hair and glasses we will no longer be customers. They always gift wrapped everything in a clear bag and when I asked for it to be wrapped that way because that's what the gift warranted the woman told me they aren't offering gift wrap on sale items. When I offered to pay for the clear bag she flipped a switch and was rude and dismissive and refused to give it to me. She basically said you can buy this red gift bag or take it home and wrap it yourself. I almost threw it all down on the counter and walked out but I did not want to cause a scene being there were a few other customers in the store. The young teenage girl that works there was SUPER sweet and helpful. It's a shame because we shop there very often and have referred many others to the store as well.

I went to You're so invited to browse for wedding invitations and just felt in love with so many beautiful invitation options they had! I told Sharon my budget and she worked with me. She walked me through the whole process, helping me with the wording and details of my invitations and was very patient with me with my questions and concerns. I told her what I wanted and she polished the finishing work doing an amazing job for me! You're so invited does an excellent job, friendly and nice staff! Thank you for my wedding invitations!

It is interesting that so many reviews mention attitudes and feeling belittled. You should probably put it on your website that walk-ins for your invitation service are NOT welcome and to proceed with caution if you do not have an appointment. Your website makes you seem so casual and breezy "just come to chat" .. so I thought that's what I was doing, just browsing invitations to get an initial idea of what I liked. Nope, not allowed. Threw the place into a tizzy as if you have never encountered a walk-in before. I was made to feel beyond unimportant, a nuisance, while met with sighs. This is not a way to attract new business or customers, especially in an over-saturated area for such services. What a shame. I'll take my business elsewhere to someone who actually wants it, or to someone who at least pretends to care about my wedding day.

They made the wedding invitation process totally stress free! They have a beautiful selection of quality invitations. They also printed the addresses for the envelopes which came out perfect. We are very pleased with our finished product. Thank you, Thank you!!

Wow! What a wonderful experience! We had initially gone to The Write Occassion in Wyckoff, and ordered our wedding invitations. We had a horrible experience. We then discovered that we needed 25 more, and had no intentions of returning. We decided to come to You're So Invited, and what a difference!! They were so kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They squeezed us in at the last minute, and stayed past closing to ensure that we were satisfied with our choices. In addition, they helped us to find the best options for our budget, and gave us a prompt turnaround time. All I can say is thank you!!! I wish I had gone to them from the very beginning!

Yelp removed my original post because I didn't make it clear that I had first hand experience with them. I had actually gone there years ago to pick up our wedding invitations along with my wife. I think that being in the store counts as first hand... I even met Linda. When I met her 4 years ago, she seems a little distant and nonchalant, as if she had better things to do than deal with customers. Don't get me wrong, her design skills are pretty top notch, its her customer service skills that are her downfall. Some people have better customer service skills, while others are better at producing... My sister in law decided to use them for their wedding invitations, because we used them. She liked what she saw, but knew that the service wasn't that great. She was able to get what she needed done, in the time frame it needed to be done so she didn't mind. When she picked up her stuff, Linda was decently rude to her, so since my sister in law doesn't yelp, my wife did it for her. Low and behold, Linda calls my wife and here is the part of the review that yelp removed: Ha! Someone named Linda called my wife from this store, left a voicemail asking her to take off the review. A little creepy that a business goes through their records from 2 years ago to beg to have a complaint taken off. Maybe their high prices explain their snootiness? What do they think they are, a high end steakhouse??? lol! Hi Linda, neither my wife nor I will be taking down our reviews. Instead of begging us to take them down, how about you improve customer service instead? Can we give them 0 stars? Please go elsewhere for your stationary needs. So now hopefully being in the store and buying stuff counts as first hand experience...

I agree with no people skills and nasty stuck-up attitude, I have given this store a few chances hoping to be treated better the next time but unfortunately not the case.
