Horrible service!!! Argued with me for wanting to go somewhere else for service.
At the end of our conversation he told me that I was going to get parts from china and asked if “i understood?” In italian!
Rude, racist, mean, and not helpful in the least bit. Avoid this place at all cost.

Charles, the business owner, remembers me and all his customers. He is totally honest about whether or not it is worth it for the customer to repair their watch. He is a total pro and is an expert repairman for watches in need. He helps all my friends with their watches and jewelry repairs. He is a local legend. He also services the Rolex watches of two of my physicians. This guy knows his watches. And his customers seem to enjoy their visits to Watch Out!

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had!!! RACIST COMMENT to me. I can’t believe you would say that to me after I walked in your business to spend my money. The audacity. Soon as he found out I was a first class citizen with an education he was quiet. I’ll never go back and if you are a person of color stay out of this place. As soon as you go inside you can tell the place is a dump I should’ve went with my intuition.

These positive reviews must be family or (definitely known for sure) romantic relations. This shop is the absolute most unprofessional, unethical and most likely criminal repair store I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing. The owner (Charles, I believe) is clinically mentally unstable and his ethics are unfit and a disgrace to the town of prestige of where he is located. I will not even waste my time to describe the insane behavior I was made to endure upon my quick visit there. I could not get out fast enough. He and his "store" needs to be heavily investigated for inappropriate business practices at the very least, by town officials. To conclude, he is a thief, deceitful and should be put out of business if the authorities have any good sense and/or concern for the surrounding residents.

Perfect shop for repairs as I've been there several times for new watch bands, batteries & adjustments the past few months. Charles is also customer loyal, wouldn't take money from me today after making several adjustments for various watches. He knows I'll be returning.

This business owner Mark is cranky and the store is a disorganized mess. Talk about supporting local business but not when they are dishonest and unscrupulous. Depending on his mood he will charge you what he wants without giving you the price upfront. Used him a few times before and the last time I dropped of a few watches I assumed his price would have been same or within reason, no he decided to charge me double because he was in a mood and I did not argue but will never return.

No one knows more about watch or jewelry repair than Charles Bellon, Jr. Who has over 40 years experience in the field. He has repaired watches for my whole family and friends perfectly for years. Generations of families come to him with their watch issues. He has created and purchased many wedding rings for friends too.

The reviewers bemoaning the owner's "rude" demeanor are being too sensitive. This isn't a chain store; it's independently-owned by a master watch technician--a dying breed, and we should be grateful we have him in the area. He does excellent work...inexpensively. I find his quirky personality interesting and fun. Those who need to be coddled with phony niceties can overpay at a franchise in the mall.
