This store was able to help me remotely when UPS customer service was dodging a refund they owed me and a package that they terminated the shipping label of without my consent. Nafesha was able to help me out with a suitable box and also save me money and time.

The UPS Store in Westwood made me a great yard sign for my son’s graduation…quick service, great price, so easy! The staff is so nice & helpful.
