“Best tow service, Nikolas is a very helpful, honest and caring person. He does not only care about your vehicle he also cares about his customers. He helped me big time when i was stuck in the middle of the night and couldn't get another tow. He went out of his way to even give me a ride back home even though it was not near the area he picked me up and dropped my broken down car to. He offered me snacks and heat and a blanket as I was out in the cold for hours before I found his tow service. He was not about to leave somebody stranded in the cold in the middle of the night, with no one else to help them. He is very very kind and the most respectable tow truck driver I have ever dealt with, there is no reason to not trust him when you are broken down.”
“Bruce from BTS was truly a pleasure to work with. I had a spring coil issue that caused my car to be low to the ground and undrivable. I had it originally towed by a different company and had a terrible experience with them. When i had to get the car towed again, I called Bruce and I had a completely opposite experience with me. What was an originally tedious and time-consuming task first time around was so much more smoother and quick with Bruce. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very friendly the entire time!

“I called and needed a tow from nj to ny and immediately Marty was attentive, kind and helpful on getting a truck out to help me. Ray was the person in charge of picking up my car and delivering it to my destination. My experience with Ray was smooth quick and very nice. I called my aftercare specialist almost daily for the first month. She was amazing. Always patient with me, making sure I was okay. She talked me through every single emotion I was experiencing or having problems with. They are always there for you even when you're already out of the facility. You can always reach out to them”
“You’re a fool if you choose any other auto body shop other than Rich’s!! I needed a new side view mirror and was told a brand new one would be $1,500. Vinny was able to locate a used one in perfect condition for $375 and had it painted to match. Installed while I waited in under 30 minutes. HUGE shout out to Vinny, Rich, Bob and Tommy!!

Their prices are always very reasonable, and never once have they tried to upsell or bait-and-switch me.
