The selection is good, prices higher than most other stores, customer service is fair. Employees offer little if any customer service. If not for convenience of store location, and complimentary gift wrap would probably not bother going here.

We were in town for a wedding. It was raining and I needed to keep my 2 1/2 year old grandson busy. I saw Tons of Toys was only a 10 minute drive away so we went. It was perfect. We spent about an hour in the store looking. The cashier lead us to the finger skateboards. He was so polite and patient with my grandson. We left with a pack of skateboards and a rubber snake. Fun times.

Place was amazing. I bought some great toys and they wrapped for me. Big variety and it was fun walking around and looking. Really cool place and you will probably leave with a nice purchase.

We love Tons of Toys Westwood! The customer service is always amazing! Ricky’s smiling friendly face greets you when you walk in the door and is always happy to help with all of my 3 kids shopping needs! It is such a wonderful place to shop with children!

Wonderful recent experience at Tons of Toys in Westwood! Purchased a dollhouse which Ricky assembled expertly - can’t wait to surprise my granddaughter with it! Ricky did a fabulous job - was even done a day early! I will be back - an old fashioned toy store with excellent service! A rare find!

Love visiting this local toy store. Ricky has helped us order special games and toys and is such a pleasure to work with. Such a helpful, friendly staff. Always nice to the kids when they want to explore all the fun toys!

I have been going to Tons of Toys in Westwood for years with my 3 kids and Ricky has been great! He is always so helpful, kind and overall wonderful with the little ones! It is truly a pleasure to shop there!

So wonderful to have a local toy store just like the good old days...except this one is much larger! I love their wide assortment of toys, games, art supplies, puzzles and so much more! Another plus is free gift-wrapping service.

I would love store support small business in a day and age when box stores and internet purchases are the way to go but this store has me double thinking that idea. I purchased an upcharged toy from tons and toys for my son. When I purchased it I noticed the box had some crushing damage to it. (My fault for not asking their policy abt it then). We returned home with this toy that my son really wanted and put it together to find it was broken. Within 1 hr I called the store to notify them. I was told I could not return it for a refund but they could offer me store credit after selling me a damaged product. I told them I wanted the same exact toy to replace what we had purchased. Because they did not have another toy in stock I was told they would order it and took my contact info. It's been 2 weeks: no call, no toy, and im less 160 in my pocket. I would have had better customer service and a toy, if not my money back by now if I had gone with amazon... won't go back for overpriced poor service

We entered the toy store and my husband was not feeling well. I asked the young man working there if there was a chair so my husband could sit. He shook his head No! Really? There was not one folding chair in the whole store? That will be the last time you see us in that over/priced store! I'd love a response- actually I'd love an apology. Don't shop at this local store.
