Elizabeth Acosta is an amazing leasing/ property manager! She guided us through the whole process of finding the perfect temporary apartment. She was attentive to every detail to make sure our move was smooth as silk. We felt at home immediately. And it didn’t stop there! After we moved in she continued to make sure that we had everything we needed. It’s almost like staying in a 5 star hotel. My family thanks you Elizabeth Acosta!

Elizabeth Acosta was exceptional throughout this whole process of finding my apartment. She met with me the same day that I contacted her and showed me two apartments. She was professional and supportive when I was unsure of which apartment to move into. She had the patience and took the time to talk with me and help me feel comfortable with my move. She walked me through the process and emailed me frequently to ensure all my questions were answered . I will recommend Elizabeth and the Westminster Management LLC to my family and friends. I am very happy in my new apartment and continue to have great communication with Elizabeth. She has helped me with a few issues and questions setting up my apartment. It’s a big relief to know that I can depend on Elizabeth and the staff at Westminster Management LLC.

The reason I am giving the 4 stars is that the train noise (horn) is super loud especially at night. Liz was super helpful and was amazing to work with. She made the move-in pretty easy. She did not mention about the train (which makes sense because it's a business). But overall she was/is amazing. I wish they put some sort of window insulation or add something to reduce the noise. Overall the whole place is nice and convenient. I would recommend this place. the problem/issue is the train noise and horn is super loud even at 5:00AM. The management team won't do anything about it just FYI

Robert did a great job installing my new Dishwasher & taking care of what needed to be fixed in my apartment. He is very nice and knowledgeable.

Liz was absolutely amazing throughout the process of moving in. She was very helpful and diligent ensuring that I was able to move in as quickly and easily as possible. Robert and Zamin in maintenance are also amazing, making sure the apartment was perfect before we moved in.

My 92 year old mom has been living at the Madison for the past year. No complaints.The maintenance crew are terrific. A few minor issues here and there and someone comes to fix it promptly!!
