This is THE shop for all your crash repair and frame repair needs. My relationship with RPM started when they were the only frame repair shop that would tackle replacing my bent radiator support. Most shops will not help you if you wish to repair most of the car yourself; RPM has been the only exception in my experience. I quickly received an invoice for all expected service and was impressed by their thorough inspection, fair pricing, and use of OEM parts (even on a 20 year old Toyota!). When completed, their work was perfect; it looked completely OEM, and the re-assembly on my end went smoothly. Aside from the A+ work, the manager Zoltan made my customer experience excellent. He was always friendly, transparent, professional, and timely. If I had known about this shop prior to the accident, I most likely would have gotten the entire job done here! Will definitely be coming back here if needed. Cannot recommend Zoltan and his team enough.

I just had my 2017 Honda Accord repaired at Rpm N Bumpers auto body shop We had previously repaired other vehicles ( my daughters and son) and always excellent work. Zoltan the owner offer good customer service. Vehicles ready right on time,very clean environment.and best of all a very good repair quality. We highly recommend this place

On a recommendation from my son who had a great experience at the Body Shop, I called Zoltan, the manger to arrange for a body work estimate on my CRV. Following my appointment I received a detailed estimate of the job. This week I brought my car in on Monday and picked it up at midday on Thursday. What a beautiful job! I was amazed when i saw my car in the lot!It looked brand new and I am so appreciative of the attention to every detail on the vehicle. Zoltan was recommended by a local tire service I trust and I could not be more satisfied with the recommendation. Zoltan is professional, courteous and delivers a great result on time for a fair price. (Not often are all those boxes checked). And as an added courtesy your car is meticulously cleaned and waxed like it left the showroom. I recommend without hesitation or caveat.

We have used Rpm N' Hot Bumpers many times over the past 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Bergen County. We have always been completely satisfied with the body work done, and Zoltan's attentiveness and positive attitude make it a pleasure to do business with him. Our vehicles have always been finished on time (or sooner). Definitely the place to go!

Unfortunately, despite the high ratings for this place; I did not have a good experience here. Honestly the place came off very creepy and shady since, it was completely abandoned when I arrived with no one covering the desk and no one in the garage. There was no one at the front desk or even anyone to greet you when you arrived. I had to yell out "hello, is anyone here?" a couple of times before someone finally came out. The estimator looked at my car but, for some reason couldn't generate an estimate through a computer like any modern auto shop; instead I had to wait to get an email about my estimate, which took a half a hour. The price was fair, but the overall experience didn't really provide a positive impression that, my car would be in good hands. I felt like, I was in a horror movie when I first arrived and I don't feel like, I could trust a place that seemed abandoned, unkept, and not clean like a old factory. BEWARE: Do not give this place, your email address. I have been receiving fraudulent emails since, I provided this company my email address.
