Worst experience ever getting blood drawn I have been taking my son regularly for bloodwork for over 7 yrs. The phlebotomist was rude, aggressive and didn’t care how much she hurt jabbing the needle in. . Very insensitive. After she took out the needle, he was bleeding so much and still is an hour later. She obviously had no idea what she was doing. Don’t go there. If I could give 0 stars I would !

Easy check in, we were taken in shortly after check in almost no wait. Technician knew what she was doing, had no bruising after, and she was pleasant to speak with.

Your self check in is extremely impersonal. Your waiting room is an uncomfortably LOUD space with no human contact and no way to ask a question.I only had to pick up a kit and your "system" told me I had to wait one hour!

I would like to say this time having my blood taken, I have no bruises and or blown out vein. Thank you she always does a great job. Never hurts.

A joke.. people were so packed and I waited 40 minutes… and the person who was there (worker) saying the system was shut down? Is this a joke? I saw the system was working well and the listed displayed names were deleting on time…never ever will go there again

This is a 5 star review for Joe, the phlebotomist. He was so incredibly kind, skilled, and patient with me yesterday - he deserves a pay adjustment for dealing with me LOL! I waited around 25 minutes to be called in, upon showing up right on time for my appointment...not too shabby, but I'd click the text confirmation link around 10 minutes early next time to prevent the wait. All in all, I'd go back here for bloodwork, and I hope Joe is always there.

I visited today 3-15 and had a wonderful phlebotomist! She was so sweet & patient. I didn’t have a pleasant experience and the last quest I was at but I am very glad I had her! Will be returning for sure.

Pro tip: THERE IS NO WIFI HERE! They will not give out the wifi password! If you have a long wait, make sure to bring a mifi or hotspot! Phlebotomists are friendly and good at their jobs. Low wait time for guests with appointments. Was here all day on a Monday and they were very quick with getting patients and in out, so if you are a walk-in, you wouldn't wait too long.

Terrible experience. Came to my appointment as scheduled and Quest claims they lost the prescription that was faxed over twice with confirmation they received it in their systems. There was no apologies and no accountability. Everything turned into a blame game after they held me up for over an hour, and the blood work I needed was time sensitive that has to be done between 7am-9am.I do not recommend going here. I hope other people have a better experience but Quest Diagnostics as a whole is highly unprofessional and does not do anything to compensate for the inconveniences they cause people.

Facility , not employees, extremely incompetent due to poor updated equipment ! Orders that are faxed to this facility have trouble loading to computers. Time. Sensitive labs that need to be done are in jeopardy Speaking from bad experiences!!

Their website never seems to work. Never can complete an online appointment. Will not let me complete the insurance informationline. And when you call as usual, it's impossible to get a human being on the phone. She'll go anywhere but here
