“Really no complaints here. People always talk about how Rob is kind of cold and unfriendly, but I don’t really see it. I thought he was easy to interact with and provided good customer service. I went in to get measured for a tuxedo yesterday, and was mildly surprised that remembered me from the last time I was in his shop (which was about 7 months ago)! He had all my measurements written down already, so he just went through his files and found me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for someone looking to get fitted for a tux”
