“Dr Battista and his office is simply the best there is. Every staff member is exceptional from the front desk, nurses and both doctors. As my 18 year old gets older it’s nice to also have a woman doctor, Dr C to discuss sensitive issues and she is less embarrassed.Today I called at 4:09, two days before Christmas when I’m sure everyone wanted to get home. My son had sudden ear pain and we were told to come in right away. We were in and out within 45 minutes of my initial phone call and Dr B was his amazing, kind self!! It’s obvious their patients are their top priority.I always find it amazing with the large patient base they have, the doctors always remember tiny details to make the kids feel like they are their #1 patient.Not only do my kids go to Dr B and Dr C but 4 other nieces/nephews as well as a bunch of friends.I can’t thank this practice enough for their kindness and knowledge.”

“I had an appointment at a Bronx location and it was closed. I went to this location to get my blood tests. The place was packed.You must use the kiosk to check in. Perhaps there should have been a big sign with instructions so that people know. This site is extremely busy and should have more people on staff. The receptionist and the phlebotomist were very professional.”

“Just had my blood test in this facility for the first time. It was the least painful (painless) experience in my 10 years of getting blood tests in hospitals etc. Rubber band tightening was rubbing my skin a bit (not a big deal) . Overall it was perfect.Touch screen check-in was simple and efficient. I scheduled the appointment on my phone around 9:30 and had test at 11:30.I only wish there were bigger and clearer signs to (currently it's just board on the first floor with multiple Doctors, Offices and Quest Diagnostics closer to the end i missed at first and thought i got wrong address)”

I go for blood work once a month and I always know it will be a good experience when I see her. For someone that doesn’t love getting blood drawn, she really makes the experience a great one. Thank you Katie!”

The restroom was very clean. The waiting area was spotless and the seats were spread out 6 feet apart. Went early in the morning. Was out of there in less than a half hour. Thank you.”

“My visit was a great experience overall: super short wait time, attentive and kind clinicians, and most of all - the Doctor was very knowledgeable and efficient. She quickly diagnosed and treated my presenting problem (I had an animal bite that got infected) and prescribed appropriate antibiotics that cleared up my infected area within a few days. Great staff and facility!”

“There's a lunch break from 2 - 3 pm, according to the employee I spoke to (male). If you are a walk-in, you should get there no later than 5 pm (on a weekday). The employee (male) was very nice, and my experience was good. (FYI, there is a TV in the waiting room.)”
“It was quick and easy. The phlebotomist was excellent. My vains are invisible, and I always have issues with phlebotomist withdrawing my blood. But she did it one try.”

“I set up an appointment for employee drug test the day before, I received a confirmation QR code, the check in was very easy and the clinic wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be. Albeit, it was a Wednesday afternoon. The wait wasn't too long, I've certainly been through longer waits at other clinics, they accepted my insurance / ID without question. Front desk was nice and courteous. Follow the instructions they send to you either email or text and everything should go smoothly. No complaints from me.”

“This is a 5 star review for Joe, the phlebotomist. He was so incredibly kind, skilled, and patient with me yesterday - he deserves a pay adjustment for dealing with me LOL! I waited around 25 minutes to be called in, upon showing up right on time for my appointment...not too shabby, but I'd click the text confirmation link around 10 minutes early next time to prevent the wait. All in all, I'd go back here for bloodwork, and I hope Joe is always there.”
