“Dr Battista and his office is simply the best there is. Every staff member is exceptional from the front desk, nurses and both doctors. As my 18 year old gets older it’s nice to also have a woman doctor, Dr C to discuss sensitive issues and she is less embarrassed.Today I called at 4:09, two days before Christmas when I’m sure everyone wanted to get home. My son had sudden ear pain and we were told to come in right away. We were in and out within 45 minutes of my initial phone call and Dr B was his amazing, kind self!! It’s obvious their patients are their top priority.I always find it amazing with the large patient base they have, the doctors always remember tiny details to make the kids feel like they are their #1 patient.Not only do my kids go to Dr B and Dr C but 4 other nieces/nephews as well as a bunch of friends.I can’t thank this practice enough for their kindness and knowledge.”
“I went there today for a blood draw. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. It was the best blood test experience I’ve had. Not painful at all. I have a huge fear of blood tests and needles, however Ricely was so sweet and patient with me. She was great and I made sure to tell me what she was doing at all times. “I was a walk-in, checked in at 8:31am and out at 9am.
Before the visit, I confirmed with my doctor he sent my order, walked in 8:30am, used the self check-in kiosk at 8:31am, there were a lot of patients ahead of me, at 8:52am I was called to verify all my info and doc order, was told I would be called in soon, 8:56am I get called in and walking out the door at 9am.
No hassle, didn't get any type of attitude from any of the staff, i was treated courtesly and in a professional manner, the phlebotomist was quick and I experienced Zero pain, I would have rated it 5 stars if the facility wasn't so small and cramped. The employees can only work as best they can with the equipment they are provided by corporate.
5 STARS: for staff and wait time as a WALK-IN (without an appointment).
1 STAR: for facility, it is way too small for the amount of people that show up at this location, cramped and it needs upgrades.”

“My visit was a great experience overall: super short wait time, attentive and kind clinicians, and most of all - the Doctor was very knowledgeable and efficient. She quickly diagnosed and treated my presenting problem (I had an animal bite that got infected) and prescribed appropriate antibiotics that cleared up my infected area within a few days. Great staff and facility!”

“I had an appointment at a Bronx location and it was closed. I went to this location to get my blood tests. The place was packed.You must use the kiosk to check in. Perhaps there should have been a big sign with instructions so that people know. This site is extremely busy and should have more people on staff. The receptionist and the phlebotomist were very professional.”

“For starters: this is not the place to go if you are trying to squeeze in an appointment in your busy schedule. When you make an appointment expect a15-20 minute wait with a potentially longer wait if it's busy. Be mindful that there's only one person working at this location.
However, you will receive wonderful service. The office is clean and sanitary. The lady who did my blood draw, Katie was an absolute delight!”

“I was hesitant to go to this labcorp location due to the negative reviews, but it was the only one that fit into my schedule.I registered online and when I got there the girl at the front desk took my prescription and within 5 minutes she called me in to have blood drawn. She was also the person who drew my blood so she was obviously very busy. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was very pleasant and even better got my vein on the first try and I’m very difficult. So my experience in Teaneck was excellent”
“There's a lunch break from 2 - 3 pm, according to the employee I spoke to (male). If you are a walk-in, you should get there no later than 5 pm (on a weekday). The employee (male) was very nice, and my experience was good. (FYI, there is a TV in the waiting room.)”
