Wonderful store, found lots of great treasures and the two ladies at the cash Tuesday were very lovely and very kind. Rich at the loading dock was very helpful and took great care handling our items. Jim, who runs the store, is wonderful and attentive and takes pride in his business.

Habitat for Humanity Bergen Restore is the best place to shop for craft products and gently used furniture for my children's new apartments! I have looked for used furniture stores in Bergen County for years and finally discovered Bergen ReStore in Westwood!

DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY PERSON EDDIEHabitat for humanity is great and I had a wonderful experience in store and got a beautiful couch and loveseat. However the delivery service they use was absolutely atrocious and one of the most unprofessional and unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had. Delivery was delayed six hours outside of the time frame I was given and communication was so sparse I actually thought I was being scammed as I had paid in full already. Save yourself the headache and use another service or move the furniture yourself.

I paid 95$ for a recliner and when I got it home it rocked with a cracking noise. Then I noticed it smelled so musky, I brought it back and had to regift it to them bc I couldn’t Even get a credit.. I know they have no return policy, but that is pretty pathetic that they get that stuff donated and then don’t let u return it in 2 days & at least get a credit since they probably will resell it to somebody who won’t know how disgusting it smells unless they sit in it for a while. The place plain sucks and I’m not going back ever!

We were just in today and we had the worst experience we could ever have at any store. My mom had wanted to put a piece of furniture on hold. Once we paid for it until September 1. Whoever the employee was in the black shirt should be ashamed of himself. He started screaming at her telling her “ didn’t he tell her she couldn’t use the bathroom?” And when she tried to explain, an employee told her to speak with him, he told her there is no furniture for people like her. This is supposed to be a place that helps people who are either homeless or have no money, and we were treated like we were not important. Please avoid going to this place.

Absolutely a fantastic donation website and store. Bonnie was great in coordinating the quick pick up! Kevin and Carl went above and beyond in moving the furniture. Great overall experience. Thank you
