Really no complaints here. People always talk about how Rob is kind of cold and unfriendly, but I don’t really see it. I thought he was easy to interact with and provided good customer service. I went in to get measured for a tuxedo yesterday, and was mildly surprised that remembered me from the last time I was in his shop (which was about 7 months ago)! He had all my measurements written down already, so he just went through his files and found me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for someone looking to get fitted for a tux

It was highly recommended to us to come here. I rented my son’s tux for his prom. Owner knows what he’s doing and my son was very happy with the fitting.
Some people mentioned owner wasn’t the nicest but we were treated nicely , he is a serious person but it is what it is didn’t stop us from renting. At drop off he was very nice and congratulated my son.
Definitely will rent from here again.

Rob made me feel confident about how I was going to look for my wedding. He helped me pick a tuxedo that would work with what style I was looking for. He remembered all my groomsmen's names and mine when it was time to pick the tuxedos up. I will be back for all over tuxedo rentals!!

Stopped by to check on a tuxedo rental. Certainly made the right choice. Friendly, courteous, took a few measurements and tried on a jacket and then the pants, and I was done. Great fit, comfortable, done. Fair pricing. Very positive experience.

I have my niece's black tie wedding in less than 2 weeks. I called a few times to gather information. I inquired about if my sons needed an appointment for a fitting. I called a second time and asked about price, I was told $170. I am a woman and never rented a tuxedo. I added on a vest (I thought that was included) and a tie and the price is now $225. I felt like the salesman could not be bothered and dismissed everything I asked and said. I brought 3 tuxedo rentals to this establishment hoping to use it again for my sons' proms. Due to the fact I'm limited on time, I am praying the outcome is far better than my initial experience.

High quality suits and tuxes, no comparison to the online rentals which are only slightly cheaper. Rob is a great guy and has fitted me perfectly for multiple weddings, my own wedding and HS proms. Highly recommend!

Just coming on here again after about a year to let all know just how much of a miserable di*k this guy is. I am still flabbergasted at how he has two stores. If you want to be insulted and charged an insane amount of money while being made to feel like an insult to him, go here. If you want even a modicum of decency, go anywhere else.

Guy's kind of j*** and cold. Customer friendly isn't a thing here. I guess he wants to mix politics with business since he has a sign in his store that very proudly professes to be a mask-free zone. I don't mind that stance I'm more of mind that business and politics are better left separate. After canceling my order less than 24 hours from when I placed it, and 3 weeks from use date he charges a $20 surcharge for the cancelation. Further proof he just doesn't get it. Go to Mens Wearhouse - they'll fawn all over you like...like, you're a customer they want to come back! What a concept.

"This is proud to be a no-mask zone" sign in the store.Look, I understand that people are getting vaxxed and more relaxed about masks now. If it weren't for that sign I wouldn't have even asked the guy to put one on, I would've just kept mine on. But if you're going to broadcast that you're proud to spread a deadly disease, well, I'm glad you have your ideology, but you certainly won't have my business.

Professional for sure.I have been to many rental places in the area and I can honestly say this is my favorite. Perfect fitment. Most comfortable wedding tux I've been in. I wish I used this place for my wedding. Wait till you see the options they offer. Wide variety of colors. Will come again next time I need anything. Thank you

The owner is the only one working there. He refused to wear a mask and was very rude about it when we politely asked him to put one on.
