I work as a School Bus Driver in the Norwood area. I had an accident and the bus got stuck in the snow and tires also gave out. Emerson towing came to the rescue very quickly! Locked my keys in my car while on vacation in NJ. This was the first place that came up on my search so I gave them a call and they showed up, got my keys, and were done before my food came to my table at the restaurant I was at. Really happy with how quick and convenient this service was. And the guy who came to open my car was super friendly. Super not happy that I locked my keys in the car in the first place but glad I was able to get it resolved in a quick and nice manner

Car was towed and brought here. When I called on the weekend, they answered and said I was unable to get the car. When I mentioned that "I assume I'll be charged for the weekend?", I received "Well that's how everyone does it" with zero care for me as a customer. When I finally came to pick up the car on Monday, I received nothing but attitude from the guy at the front.Would absolutely not recommend unless you enjoy being talked down to.Service: Car towing

I witnessed a driver from this company verbally assualt a woman illegally parked in Emerson by Starbucks. Very unprofessional. I would never want my wife going through what I just saw.Be careful. This man didn’t seem emotionally stable, but I am no doctor.
