I've been driving for years with a spotless record, but unfortunately, an inexperienced driver recently put a dent in the front of my car. Feeling defeated, I turned to Prestige Body Shop in Fort Lee, NJ, and their owner, Tommy, came to the rescue.
The repair process was extensive. Finding all the necessary parts proved to be a challenge, but Prestige persevered. While the wait was longer than expected, the final results were absolutely outstanding! My car looked brand new again.
Incredibly, after getting my car back, some unrelated problems surfaced. Without hesitation, Tommy offered to fix them free of charge! To top it all off, he even provided a rental car while they worked on my vehicle.

“From the moment I called them, so frazzled from having a tree knock off my car bumper, Jimmy was so reassuring and I knew that I would be alright! When I walked into their shop, Jany, their receptionist greeted me warmly, and they have a tiny aquarium with mini frogs at reception! I felt like I was treated like family and it meant so much to me. When I picked up my car, I also met Gus, one of the owners, who was personable as well. They did a BEAUTIFUL job on my car, truly looks brand new! When you are going through this chaos and stressed to the max, you want a company that appreciates your business, and treats you decently! Also Jimmy added in a repair to my gas cap, where the cord had been broken, for a very tiny fee. I highly recommend this wonderful body shop, and they are right next door to the Tibbett Diner, which has been in business for many years and has excellent food.
