Exceptional customer service provided by Rob and his staff from ordering to delivery! I desperately needed an electric recliner delivered same day for my husband due to surgery. I called at 1 pm and recliner was delivered by 4 pm. Rob had to search his warehouse for what I needed and he came through. Happy to support this local
small business with great people!

Everyone who we had contact with was professional, compassionate and helpful. From first contact on the phone, to prompt and courteous delivery to helpful exchange facilitated by the owner. I strongly recommend Broadway Medical Supply and sincerely feel grateful that they are an accessible and local provider in this space.

I needed to get a wheelchair for my mother. When I called and spoke with the owner he suggested I come by and look at the many they had in stock.
I brought my mother and she was able to try them for comfort and size.
They were very informative and extremely helpful. We were able to purchase a wheelchair that day. We were given a receipt to submit to the insurance company with all the information needed.
I would recommend them for all medical needs!

Needed a bariatric wheelchair immediately to get husband out of bad nursing home. Broadway Medical was the only company in a wide area that had one in stock. It had a defect from shipping and it was immediately replaced with a smile! Rob and the staff are all wonderful. Friendly and accommodating in every way. I would not go anywhere else for all my medical equipment needs!

Thoroughly pleased! Bob's professionalism shined through. He listened carefully, asked the right questions, and didn't push us towards a sale. The chair (GoldenTech PR442) is everything Bob said it was. It was a joy to deal with a true professional! Also delivery was on time and set-up was quick and neat!

After many, many….many phone calls to online companies we stumbled upon this gem of a place. Not only was my mother able toGo see and try the bed she was interested in person, but Rob went above and beyond toMake sure she got everything she needed in speedy time. Gold standard when it comesTo shopping for something both expensive and important. Highly recommended!

I give this establishment 1star (zero if I could) because the owner, Rob is rude, condescending and unprofessional. I had purchased a knee brace which ripped after only 3 weeks of use. I didn't want another because the quality of the brace is clearly subpar. He said you can have a new brace or a store credit. That's the policy. After explaining to at I wasn't returning the brace because I didn't like it, it was being returned as defective Rob began screaming at me. The entire rest of my time in the store he was screaming and completely nasty and times personally insulting because we didn't agree that his 3 day return policy shouldn't apply to defective merchandise. I've never been treated so badly anywhere and I'll never go back. His behavior was nothing short of outrageous.

I Recently Purchased a Bari Bed The wait was Short and Delivery was Smooth. This Campany is in NJ and I'm in NY No Problem for them, Rob and Staff keep Me Informed on the Status of my Bed. Upon Delivery the Two Guys was Fast, Efficient and Very Helpful They even Removed my old Bed This was Such a Great Experience I'm Glad I went to them For help Broadway Medical Supply is Changing Lives !!! Outstanding service and attention to every customer. The owner Rob took all of the time needed to fit us for a lift chair for a Parkinson's patient. Helped us select the correct chair and walked us through the insurance paperwork. Rapid and reasonable delivery. Excellent in-house delivery, setup, service, and repair staff. Top-quality products. Five stars is not enough.

Rob and his staff was absolutely fantastic we needed a hospital style bed for my dad who had back surgery after weeks of searching and waiting for call backs. I spoke to my local pharmacist and he recommended to call Broadway Medical supply the staff is polite, pleasant and helpful. Rob went out of his way and was able to get a bed delivered and installed in the same day… who does that anymore? Thanks to Rob and his staff my dad has been sleeping comfortably for the last few weeks I can’t recommend him enough I have told everyone I know about Broadway Medical because they actually care.

Over the years, we have purchased numerous pieces of medical equipment from Broadway Medical Supply/Westwood. We have always been satisfied with the fair prices, sturdy equipment and good service.A few months ago, we purchased a Medline Bariatric Rollater (a walker) from Broadway Medical Supply . Without getting into technical details, we had problems with the unit, which I brought in to Broadway Medical to see if they could repair.The point of this review is to highlight that Rob both truly cared and did what he could to fix the unit. But, being unable, he offered to speak to the manufacturer to see what remedy could be accomplished. After a day of conversations between Rob and Medline, they agreed to provide us with a new replacement walker.The incident re-affirmed our trust in Broadway Medicaljl Supply…on the rare occasion when there’s an equipment problem, they truly care to help.
