Not only were the flowers gorgeous, but you could tell they put a lot of care into the arrangement. I appreciated the attention to detail and the customer care throughout the process. Five stars!

I like buying flowers at Beautiful Buds. The flowers are very nice and the owner always enjoys talking about the origin of each of the flowers. New location a few doors down now.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FLOWERS.
Received flowers on Monday and by Friday dying. Called Saturday morning to be told flowers only last 4-5 days. This from a supposed 'florist'. Also told heat bothers them, but they were in an air conditioned house the entire time. Then the owner became very defensive and did not listen to this receiver of the flowers - I wasn't even asking for anything she just went on about how she gets call like this and is expected to do something. Well I, the customer am doing something ... writing a review.
I mentioned that I can go to a grocery store and their flowers last longer - but she ignored that. Not professional, no customer service, and bad flowers - don't waste your money at this florist.
DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST as there are plenty of others in the area.

I live in Central New York and had Beautiful Buds delivered a flower arrangement for my daughters 50th birthday in Westwood. We FaceTime when it was delivered and it is absolutely gorgeous. I am so happy that I choose this florist. They made this occasion very special.

I tried them for 2023 valentine's day, and I had a very positive experience. I called them over the phone and ordered. She asked me to choose between a roses only option or spring bouquet. I went with the spring and told her my fiancé's favorite flowers. They delivered them, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

Place has really high quality flowers and take pride in their work. I've gone here about 5 times and have gotten compliments every time. (Never seen stems so green, so many flowers in the arrangement, not a single flower has wilted, etc.) Wonderful people too.

Bought flowers for my wife for our anniversary. They put together a beautiful bouquet that my wife loved for a reasonable price. The flowers were very fresh and the service was very good - the people were very nice, courteous and professional.

While their website leaves something to be desired, service is quick and friendly! I haven't been able to add a note when ordering online, but a quick email or call does the trick to add one on to the bouquet I chose. Their prices are fair, and they deliver same day if you order before noon, next day otherwise!

Jae makes beautiful flowers arrangements. I've been delivering for her for 4 years now. And every year they are better than the last. If I ever need flowers, she is the first person I'd call. No other florist in the area can compare.
