First I call for a part.. they quote me a price tell me it's in stock- I drive there & they don't have it in stock & they want to charge me more than what they quoted on the phone.. when I asked how that could happen the person just stared at me smiled and shrugged his shoulders. u can't make this stuff up.. I ordered it at the price I was quoted & was told to come in the next day to pick it up .When I did I stood at the counter For almost 5 minutes!!. while they stood there and talked About a truck they want to buy Looking. It up online talking about the wheels etc.. with a customer standing right in front of them!!.. go ANYWHERE BUT this place.. service is horrible ! mistakes are often understandable apathy is toward the customers is not

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I walked into my well known Autozone to buy some oil for my rust bucket of a truck to be greeted by the most intelligent young man who goes by the name, Chris. As he was rushing over to greet me, this lady who I believe was called Martha, decided it was the right time to jump in and yell and the gentleman for not having an Red Autozone collard shirt on. I jokingly asked why he didn’t have one on as I’ve been a regular for years now, and to which he replied, “they only gave me 1 shirt for 5 days of the week, and I had to wait over 9 months to get this one. Working with battery acid, sweating and dumping oil ruined it fairly quickly, I don’t make enough to just throw money at a job I make barely minimum wage at, washing close at the laundromat ain’t cheap either”. It’s really sad to see this lady, Martha, who apparently is a higher up treating her employees like garbage. I wish the best to Chris, but Martha doesn’t deserve to have any management position.

TY Dillon for your assistance. Dillon installed my new battery & attempted to install my tail light bulb & refunded me the light bulb purchase bc it was just some readjusting that the tail light needed. He also installed my key fob battery. Everything I needed was in stock. Can’t complain. Excellent professional service that took about 20 minutes. Ty so much.

Stopped at the Westwood NJ location and my daughter went in and was immediately helped by Carlos. He explained the problem and within 15 mins we were back on the road!

Everyone is really nice- they don’t change headlights for you- I asked and they said they don’t do it there. I would say for headlights check out another supplier who can help change the headlights.

I came over here because I needed a new battery and the store manager was such a big help. He installed the battery in what felt like 10 mins and provided great customer service. Highly recommend you speak to him when shopping here

For the past year, i’ve been coming to this store regularly to pick up parts for my boyfriend who fixes cars & it’s always an unorganized mess UNTIL recently. The past 2 weeks, ive been to this location about twice and the store looks so much cleaner and customer service had definitely improved..
