I guess I must of showed up at the wrong time. Store barely had any customers and the worker's looked so miserable. Lady at the coffee section seemed like she hated her job, I tried asking her a question and got ignored. Then I heard her mumbling to a co worker what I wanted? Terrible service feel bad for the actual people that does work.

So I only live a couple blocks from the location on Delsy Drive in Westville. I swear to god as my whiteness the woman who makes the sandwiches late at night needs to be given a different job or just gotten rid of , and I hate to say it but I’m leaning towards just to get rid of her . Clearly customer service is her last priority. Every time I order a sandwich it’s not rite, or made on old hard stale bread come on the bread was clearly stale when you made it because it’s as hard as a rock when I got it home to eat . What’s wrong with you woman, and Jesus someone needs to tell the woman a funny joke because she looks so freaking miserable. If you’re going to look miserable at least be good at your job. It’s a sandwich and what I want on it is printed rite infront of you. How can you possibly mass it up every single time on multiple sandwiches in the order. And meatball sandwiches are suppose to be sold hot, not with literally frozen meat balls . Total disregard for people , rude and should not be tolerated my the management. But it is she is there doing the same job making the same mistakes over and over and over and over again. Awsome job wawa NOT………

It’s a shame because some of the staff are great -some but food service sucks the orders are almost always wrong just basic sandwhich and same person can make it one day and the next same person makes it completely different they just don’t care plain and simple - and not all -the one girl who makes drinks is always happy and cheerful always makes perfect drinks when she’s there , but food especially chicken tenders always rock hard there as well but go to Wawa down the street and the same sandwich looks and is made night and day difference and I’ve tried numerous times at this Wawa as I’m a contractor and live on Wawa

I know it’s a new store but man, I asked the guy to scan my rewards card and he said “ I don’t know nuffin about a rewards dawg” I said there’s a rewards club just scan my card. This guy right in front of me said I was being the most… seriously? Never coming back.

The other day I was in the Wawa on Delsea Drive in Westville, NJ. As I was mixing my coffee at the creamer / sugar station, an employee asked if she could put something in the cabinet where I was standing. I moved out of the way. I thought it was just for a minute to let her put the item away. I'm not sure of the urgency to do this right at that time. Instead of putting the item in the cabinet and moving, she put the item in there and continued to do other things in that area. I finally moved to the other side to continue to mix my coffee. I have no problem with keeping supplies stocked, but this was kind of inconsiderate, especially when the items in this area were well stocked.

Store is busy and employees on their phones. Why in every business I go into these kids are on their phones instead of Working especially when the store is busy

I go to this Wawa because of the customer service and the people who work there they are friendly always ready to help I've never waited more then ten minutes for a food order even when crowded.. employees will help all they can if you need something. Fast, efficient, and helpful..

Sharon should retire- she’s always so miserable. I had a special order and asked for cream cheese and my panini to be steamed with the spinach. She gave me the huff and puff and expressed and absurd amount of attitude as if what I was asking her to do was the biggest inconvenience. My Panini was had smeared cream cheese all over it. I get the sandwich all the time at Wawa and different ones too and I have never experienced this.. this type of rudeness and disrespect. Seriously, if you really hate your job that much just change it. Your hate is written all over your face and you work in customer service it doesn’t make any sense. This is in my humble opinion.
