This business doesn't seem to exist. I checked the hours online and went when it stated it was open. However, when I got to the address listed (and building pictured on) Google, the building didn't appear to be a commercial property. (It looked residential to me.) Plus, the building seemed empty/abandoned anyway. Also, there wasn't a sign or anything to indicate the business exists (or ever existed) there. I don't know what's happening with this place, but It was a completely wasted trip for me.

Wow. I would never recommend this business. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I called and spoke with a man who was extremely rude. I wanted to know the price he was paying for gold. After all, the name of the store is True Value Cash for Gold. He asked a question or two. I didn't know the answers or was unprepared to answer them, so he cut me off to tell me he wasn't interested and to have a nice day. I asked why he wasn't interested. He proceeded to explain he thought I was uneducated in the process and he had no interest in explaining it to me. He was so condescending. He told me he was doing me a favor and that he could've just told me to go screw myself, which IS what he was essentially saying in tone and feeling, rather than in words. He tried to gaslight me to make me think I was in the wrong. An awful businessperson. Why would you not want to take the time to explain the process? Why would your business name imply it is a place where you can get cash for gold you no longer wear when the owner is clearly not interested in that? If you have gold to sell, go somewhere else.
