If you are looking for a horrible experience where you are made to feel uneducated, looked down upon, are told rates are are high, no inventory, didn't do anything to keep a returning customer, not asked any questions but was told what they think you can afford. This is the dealership for you. From reception, customer service to sales management. I knew more about the sales manager hometown then what car I could purchase. Truly disappointed.

Overcharged & Under-delivered. Actually, completely lied. If you want to be charged 3 times more than any other dealer would charge you for service, feel free to come here and get robbed. The "service department" is made up of one service advisor and a ghost service manager who team up to take customer's money and lie about what they are getting done. Service work orders are custom made and unprofessionally hand written based off what they "think" makes sense, not based on any actual facts or data. For example, if the Mitchell standardized labor guide calls for 1.2 hours to complete a job per the manufacturer and 0.9 hours under manufacturer warranty, they will charge you 3.5 hours for the same job because they felt like it.. at $170 per hour. Which was okay when we were promised an additional service included in the 3.5 hours. Turns out they wont perform half of the service. But they say they did that full service up until you swipe your card. After that, and after being caught not doing half of the service, magically the customer never requested that service. And the final invoice was altered from what was hand written on the original signed copy. So you end up spending $600 on what would have been a $200 job anywhere else. The service advisor seems to target women in these scams. And the service manager supports it and ignores the heat from the customer. The unfortunate part is how many people get scammed here without even knowing it. With my service industry & management experience, I am disgusted by the level of customer care provided by this dealership when the customer is looking to pay extra for the "dealer experience." I feel sorry for all the reputable employees that work here, including the parts department which has always been great- having to share the responsibility of these scammers in their online reputation. As a Pellegrino new-car customer, unfortunately I think I will have to look at another dealer company for my next purchase due to the sickening nature of actions performed by representatives of this company, and the ignorance and rudeness displayed towards a customer who was peacefully looking for a solution to such an obvious problem.

WOW got me again the first time was when i took my 2012 in for a timing chain and I called down a couple of weeks later to see how it was going and they said they would have to ask the technician.Got a call back and said they are working on it so i drove down there and saw it in lot with snow still on it.They didn't even touch it yet so they LIED to me.So NOW my daughter takes her car in for a oil change on 3/24/23 (she has oil for life i wonder if they even did the oil) so i (DAD) tell her to get tires rotated and i mark the inside of rims Friday 23 and guess what tires come back home UNTOUCHED.I would not take my BICYCLE to this SERVICE CENTER................

Never get your vehicle serviced here, unless you like poor work. It took them over a month to get the mirror then paint it. They replace the mirror with the wrong color and broke my windshield and didn't mention either of those things to me. Then they repaint it which took two more trips back to the dealership. Then they said since it was painted twice so they couldn't put it on right. Then they supposedly got a new mirror and put it on the same day they finally replaced my windshield. Well the mirror still isn't as good as the original, seems like it will fall right off.

I had an appointment for today that was booked 3 weeks in advance. I drop my vehicle off the night before and leave the keys in the drop box. The following day around 4:00 pm I call Pellegrino to find out the status of my vehicle. Worker answers the phone sounding confused says "I think someone is looking at it now ill call you back." So 5:00pm he calls back and is reading back to me what I wrote in the dropoff letter, clearly reading it for the first time. He tells me that the recall Im there for "takes half a day, its not no quick thing." So now I realize he doesnt know I dropped the vehicle off the night before and it has been sitting there all day. He also tells me they never got to the brake & transmission inspection, which are the only other reasons my truck was even there for. So what was accomplished today? I lost a days work and pay, $40 in uber, just to get my truck back the same way I dropped it off.

Had to wait several hours for the warranty and recall work to be completed. Replacement parts had to be ordered. Return trip another 2 hour wait while the work was completed. Bring a drink and snack Due to Covid they offered only a vending machine. 2 trips and 4 hours time to fix a radio on a new truck

Every time I come here bad experience I called almost a week ago for appointment drove 40 mins show up 8 AM Saturday tell me I don't have appointment! I bought three vehicles from this place but the service department sucks

Leased a Chevy Traverse 2 years ago, still in it. Heard what a great family vehicle it was. They told me how safe it was ... fast forward to now it's been in the shop there several times. At times when I go from R to D, my car continues in reverse. And not just a simple roll. My car (and my house) now have damage from this nonsense. My kids are petrified to get in my car bc they've been in it when we're rolling backwards instead of going forward. Have taken it for service several times to be told they "can't duplicate the issue." It's ashame bc my next car was going to be a Tahoe. I will NEVER get another Chevy. Ever. Most dangerous car I've ever driven. I hate driving it bc I'm fearful for my safety and my kids. Service has done nothing but make it seem like it's something I'm doing but it's happened to others who have driven my car.

I was shopping around for a truck but was getting low balled on my trade in! They gave me a fair trade value and a great price on my truck. I wish I started here and not wasted time and energy!!
