Service could have been more pro active

The one star is only due to Joe at the service desk. If not for him it would be zero stars. My last service I was unhappy due to the mechanic that worked on my truck. Complained that breaks where pulling to one side when applied and your mechanic said they are fine and again left greasy footprints on floor and greasy steering wheel.
The last service my breaks and rotors where all burned up due to the continuous failure of the breaking system. The result was after a month before my complaint of the breaks and a year after having new breaks put on I now have to purchase brakes again.
My second complaint on this service was the radio. The radio was jumping all over the place on its own. This was happening constantly. Your mechanic said he didn’t see anything wrong. However we are going to charge you $200 for a system upgrade. No sooner did I leave the property the radio started jumping around again and still is today.
I had just spent over 4 hours detailing my truck about 3days before I dropped off for service. When I picked it up the rims where filthy, greasy fingerprints on the inside roof of the truck , steering wheel filthy and some kind of fluid splatter all over the outside of the truck.
Extremely disappointed!! I work my ass off for my paycheck and always leave my customers satisfied, happy,and trusting that the service I give them is true. I have very strong beliefs that you always pay attention to detail to the customer after all they are the ones paying your bills. To date i never lost a customer due to my incompetence however you at Pelligrino just did.

Bought a suburban going on 2 years ago no sticker in the window was never told the car was as is until we had it for a few weeks and panels were falling off they said the glued them on and id be fine sine I've been missing a panel on my driver door and the others are still loose i have these strands hanging from there my windows are it honestly just seems like they threw it together to make it look good to sell it for more than 30,000 there was something me and my grandparents wanted fixed and thats when they told us there was no warranty on my car and that it was as is but that wasn’t mentioned while we were there the down payment was supposed to bring the price down or so we were told and that wasn’t the case almost 3 years in and still owe roughly 26,000 supposed to be paid off in 5 years “because no bank would finance it longer” I've talked to a sales person from a place i bought 3 cars from and told him our experience and he even said we got screwed over i feel like a small portion is my fault because i couldn't be with my grandparents the whole time as i had my 3 young kids with me it just sucks because our car payment is 800 a month and things changed since getting the car and nowhere can help with a trade unless we have almost 12,000 to offset the amount let to pay its a shame because we only went there because my grandparents did have a great experience back in 2010 but they did buy a 2011 Colorado so they were probably treated differently because they bought a car brand new.
The pictures are all within the first few weeks to the 1st month kept being told they were going to glue everything and nothing was going to fall apart and my car as been falling apart since i gave up trying to fix anything because to be honest theres no point so were just trying to get out of it at this point.
UPDATE: so i got a call i dont remember the guys name basically offered to try nd repair it because lets be real everything could just fall off again which would happen and he was screaming at me on the phone you don't make people want to come back when your disrespectful

Good service department. 2022 Equinox stalled, had to be towed. Replaced fuel pump control module under warranty. Common issue handled well by dealer.

At first I thought my oil change and tire rotation was great. I waited at the dealership and it didn't take long. But a few days later while driving I heard a noise. I pulled over to see. There on the right front tire were 3 lug nuts all most off. and the others were lose as well. I could of lost the whole tire as I drove. Who ever did the tire rotation didn't tighten the lugs on this tire. The other 3 were fine. They need better quality control. Hope I don't lose my oil next.

Quick and Easy. Very accomdating. Only concern is the follow up. While we were awaiting our tags we were called multiple times to submit VIN Inspection information. I work 4 days a week for 12hours. It was bit of a bother. We also didn’t get any of the imperfections fixed on our certified preowned vehicle.
