Been coming here for years for dry cleaning and they have done an OK job with that. Brought them a dress to steam for an important event and told them we needed it the following day. The woman first said they couldn't do it and as my husband was walking out, she said "Ok, come back at 2 tomorrow." When we showed up to get the dress, we were told that someone called out and it's not ready. Not only is it not ready but we can't even get it back because it is currently at some facility, lord knows where and they do not have the key. They basically deceived us to get our money for the item. Unconscionable and disappointing. Not going to come here anymore and I suggest if you have something important or time sensitive that you don't bring it here.

The most rude people one can imagine.I Dropped my tuxedo off, and when I picked it up it came back with no bow tie. I asked where it is, a man scolded me out of the store, understood no English and made no attempt to help.1 week later I reluctantly return to give them another chance. Get the same tuxedo dry cleaned and when I come back to pick it up, they lost the suspenders. I confronted the woman working and she ranted on, I could not understand her either, she also did not attempt to help in any way.Do yourself a favor and choose a different dry cleaner who cares about their customers and can communicate with you when there is an issue.Service: Alterations

I took a white blazer that I only wore once, I went to pick it but found the jacket was blue in color. She offered to clean it again. I went back next day and the Jack was dirty looking. Blue stains still didn't come off. The owner was very unprofessional about this and didn't communicate well to find a solution.Do not use them, they ruin clothes and won't offer any solution. Very argumentative too, won't listen to customer to solve the problem. $200 down the drain

This is the best Dry Cleaner! They are very friendly and approachable. They also have amazing service; I'm willing to drive 25 minutes to get there. I highly recommended !!!
