I took my mother to Westfield Hearing Aid Center when her old hearing aid broke. Erich was very helpful and patient and helped her find the appropriate new hearing aid. Erich has worked with us to make adjustments and tweaks to ensure her hearing experience is as best as it can be. Since initial purchase, he has checked in to see how things are going and is always available to answer questions and help. I would highly recommend.

My mother who is 84 years old has been going to Erich for her hearing aids for many years. Erich is kind, patient and knowledgeable. This year he convinced my mother to get an iPhone to connect her hearing aids to Bluetooth. It was the best recommendation! My mother can now watch television without blasting the volume and she can hear clearly when talking on her cellphone. Erich’s fees are reasonable and he also makes house calls for an additional nominal fee. I highly recommend Erich at Westfield Hearing Aid Center!
