I am not sure how the drunk pharmacist still has a job here. I’m very confused and guess everyone gets hired without a drug test. The one pharmacist just seems completely out of it plus extremely rude- staring at her phone for 5 minutes before even helping me. Such a disgrace gooodbye

One cashier was the rudest cashier I have ever met. Every time I had to go to this Walgreen, I hoped she was not there.

I try to avoid coming to this Walgreens due to the nasty attitude from one cashier. Every time I come in I am friendly and have become even friendly hoping to turn this lady’s day around and she is still just beyond rude, dismissive and acts as if I just told her I ran over her dog or something. I have never encountered such a passive aggressive attitude from someone I’ve never done anything wrong to. She’s been this way since my first encounter and even over the years continues to be so impolite. I guarantee anyone reading this feels the same.

The pharmacy is terrible. Customers are waiting in line for a half hour or more just to pick up their medication. I wonder if this is because this Walgreens is located in a neighborhood with people of color.

A big Walgreens, big parking lot outside. The store reminds me of another design rather than the standard Walgreens livery, apparently it was a Drug Fair in a prior life and not completely remodeled, yet? Pharmacy hours pretty standard and the line was short (3 ppl), went relatively quickly. There was one person organizing and the prescription was ready at about the time they said it would be which is better than some of the Walgreens I've visited in the last few years.

staff obviously doesn’t know what they are doing (pharmacy). tech was completely rude and cut me off mid sentence after having to explain something to her several times because she was confused on very clear instructions. send your scripts somewhere else lol completely not worth the frustration

I would give negative stars if I could. The "pharmacist" was incredibly rude to me regarding an issue with my doctor's office that I was in no control of. Not a way to treat people. Literally had to block the pharmacy number.

As a former Walgreens employee for 6 years, I get it.. I know how people can be, especially in retail. I go to pick up my photo order. There is a women at the photo counter helping a customer as well as a young male cashier helping someone. I go to the photo line... The cashier goes "NEXT".POLITELY I say, "Hi. I'm picking up a photo order" He goes okay and just stares. Then with an attitude.. "WHATS THE NAME" I tell him my last name.. he goes "WHO?" I repeat it. Then of course he can't find it.. still looking for the wrong last name.So the women finds it and places it on the counter. Then the male cashier decides to help the guy behind me basically moving my order when helping him.WHY WORK SOMEWHERE IF YOU ARE GONNA HAVE AN ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON? I could completely understand if I had an issue first..I suggest working in the back and stocking shelves, if you don't like dealing with customers.

We went in for a passport photo for our son. It was early and the store was empty. The woman at the front did not return my greeting and gave me a dirty look when I requested someone get our photo taken. She called for someone over the intercom. No one came for 20 minutes. I asked her to check again because we had an appointment down the road and it was cutting it close. We only had 15 more minutes left. I had to go walk around the store to find another employee to ask for someone. She was also rude. God forbid you ask for help. When the guy finally came, he was angry. We interrupted his smoke break. He took the photo and I said I don’t think the size was accurate. He ignored me so I thought maybe I’m wrong. When we went to pay, I asked politely how much longer it would take just because I was trying to calculate the time we had left to make it to our appointment. He responded “a couple minutes, which means 2 minutes not 20 right?” In a condescending way. When we left, no one said goodbye or have a good day which is just common courtesy. Guess what happened? The photo wasn’t the right size like I said in the first place. We had to get it retaken at the passport office and then get a refund at Walgreens. Never have I dealt with such poor service at a pharmacy.

Moved to the area and ignored those bad reviews made this store my favorite for prescriptions. So far very great experience with the Pharmacy team. Everyone I talked in this store have been very friendly and helped me to get what I wanted. I also had my covid vaccine booster which was another great experience. I always find what I am looking for and get all my walgreens member benefits. Keep it up!

The old lady behind the cashier needs some training on how to talk to customers in a respectful way.
