Cannot call this pharmacy at all. Once someone "picked up" the phone, somehow the auto hold music came up immediately and I did not even get the chance to speak with anyone. This goes on for like hours. Sucks

A big Walgreens, big parking lot outside. The store reminds me of another design rather than the standard Walgreens livery, apparently it was a Drug Fair in a prior life and not completely remodeled, yet?Pharmacy hours pretty standard and the line was short (3 ppl), went relatively quickly. There was one person organizing and the prescription was ready at about the time they said it would be which is better than some of the Walgreens I've visited in the last few years.

Don't plan on shipping anything via fedex here. The service is slow and horrible. They can't scan QR codes for returns or shipping.

This is a great Walgreens location. All of the employees were wearing masks and there's never much of a line.

In my experience, the Westfield CVS pharmacists are much more helpful, much easier to reach by phone and medications are much less likely to be out of stock.

There’s a discontrol in the pharmacy I was there Wednesday with my prescription they told me that they needed to order it Thursday they called me saying that my order was ready when I got there my order wasn’t ready & the person who attended me was rude raised her voice when I asked her why you guys called me then if my prescriptions are not ready !!!

This review is regarding the pharmacy department only. If your insurance covers other pharmacies in the area, I would strongly recommend you fill your prescriptions elsewhere. The Westfield Walgreen's Pharmacy lacks in: customer service, efficiency, and technical skill level of pharmacy techs (i.e. billing, coordination of benefits). If you go to this pharmacy you will usually see long lines, frustrated customers, and a dismissive pharmacy tech. I hear the phrase, "I don't make the rules" from the pharmacy staff when they attempt to bill medications incorrectly or when customers tell them they have been waiting for the past 30 minutes. I was told to talk to my insurance carrier for what was essentially their refusal to enter my order correctly. I ended up going to Barons Drug Store in Westfield and they had no issue in entering my order with coordination of benefits, even as a new customer.

We used to use the pharmacy at CVS Westfield but this place is so much better. Much better parking. The CVS lot is small and often packed. Walgreens has a large parking lot. The pharmacy here seems a lot more organized too. The wait times are shorter and the staff seem more on top of things.

The stores are very nice and packed well. Through employees are nice and helpful, but I HAVE ONTO BIG COMPLAINT AND THAT IS THE COST ARE WAY TOO HIGH AND MYSELF AND FRIENDS ARE NOT GOING THERE ANYMORE. THERE ITEMS ARE TOO EXPENSIVE! !!!!!!!!!
