My friend who is 83 years old and I went to this Verizon store yesterday. The associate Cassandra was so very patient, helpful and professional in helping my friend to select her new apple phone. It took quite a long time to find the right phone, but Cassandra went out of her way to find what my friend was looking for. What an exemplary employee Cassandra is! We would definitely come back to this Verizon location. Thank you for your help!

I guess I should be more specific... the 2 stars goes to the Verizon order system. The woman working there was very polite and helpful. I would have given 1 start except for the fact that the world cup was on while I waited. They don't seem to have their stuff together, but beggars can't be choosers ...
