Surprisingly for a Sunday before Xmas the store was not crowded. They had enough workers on the floor and checkout.

Customer service was subpar. The location is self is really cute and unique, it's an old bank building. It's very spacious and spread out with lots of big mirrors. But the customer service from employees could use some work for sure.

EVERY TIME I go to this location I always find sometthing worth buying. it never fails. staff is better then any other urban i've been to also, not like tremendously but.. ykwim. they aren't douchy lol

Nice decently sized urban outfitters. I wish they had more xl/plus sized stuff. The ethics of supporting fast fashion like urban are questionable but past that they’ve got pretty decent quality clothes in general.
