Awesome friendly staff. Had to buy packaging materials which were priced very reasonably. Only issue is owner doesn't let you package the items inside the store with the packaging materials you purchased there. They do charge to package each item for you if you choose. 5 stars aside from the having to package items with boxes and tape purchased at this store outside

The Westfield UPS by far is the best ever! The employees are so helpful and nice! They helped me print a label that I couldn't get to work, with no hesitation or problem! They took the time to do something kind and that really makes a difference! I live in Cranford, and will never go back to the UPS there!

This is a busy UPS store located in the center of Westfield. They always have 3+ workers onsite and they do the job efficiently.
