Forget the "Big box" stores when shopping for appliances, especially High Line. Todd at Top Line is knowledgeable and experienced and their install team are top notch.

You only get one chance to make a first impression. I purchased a washing machine from a competitor in Westfield. The brand, Speed Queen, had a link on its website listing stores in my area that serviced their appliances. Now, rather than contact the store I purchased the machine from, I called Top Line because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews they had garnered. But when I called the store, I was informed Top Line only services appliances purchased at their store. I explained to the representative that Speed Queen listed Top Line as a service provider. I was told, however, requests had been made to Speed Queen to have Top Line removed from their site but nothing had been done. (Funny, though, I called Speed Queen shortly thereafter, and within a matter of minutes Top Line was removed from Speed Queen's list. Me! A customer! You're welcome, Top Line. How hard did you try, really?). In any event, had Top Line agreed to service my washing machine after explaining their (not mine) issue with Speed Queen, they likely would have gained a customer for life. Not now. I would have thought to myself, 'they didn't have to honor my request or any service agreement they may have had with Speed Queen in the past, yet they did it anyway.' But, like I said, you only get one chance to make a first impression.

We ordered all of our appliances through TopLine Appliance in Westfield, and we had the pleasure of working with Marc. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The delivery team was remarkable; they handled everything with ease. The installation team was also fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend TopLine for anyone embarking on a kitchen remodel.

Placed a reasonably larger order with Top Line. I realized that they had overcharged us for service that we never received. Asked for a refund...salesperson just won't respond to emails! Very frustrating.

Topline gets done what the average person or big box store cannot. They are just amazing and our situations were not easy . Our fridge came in dented twice and our new microwave broke down and they were exceptionally professional and satisfied their customer here. I cannot begin to say just how pleased we are . The way to show them would be to recommend them for all your appliance needs. You will be able to say thank you the way we can.You will always have someone less than pleased with a purchase but not much from these reviews ! They are tops in their field. Thank you topline!?

Attentive sales associates, on time delivery, fabulous service. Our salesman, Todd, made sure to get us the best possible price on our appliances and he was very responsive when we had a question. The delivery men were respectful of our home and protected our hardwood floors during delivery. Highly recommend this business!

I n 2019, we made a substantial investment in our kitchen appliances, which included a Jenn-Air refrigerator, all purchased from your store. To safeguard this investment, we opted for an extended warranty through Danmak Appliances.To my dismay, within the first year of purchase, our refrigerator's ice-making machine ceased functioning. Subsequently, we have had several technicians visit our home in an attempt to rectify the issue. Regrettably, none have been successful in resolving the problem. The most recent technician not only failed to fix the issue but also mishandled our refrigerator, resulting in a noticeable dent on the door.This ordeal has stretched over a year, during which our ice-making machine remains non-functional. Each time I contact your service department, I am met with a dismissive response, asserting that the ice machine is not considered an emergency since the refrigerator continues to operate.Allow me to express my frustration at this statement. The ice-making function is an integral part of the appliance we purchased, and its malfunction significantly impacts our daily routines. This ongoing inconvenience is unacceptable, particularly considering the resources invested in both the initial purchase and the extended warranty

Horrible customer service!!!First and only time purchasing any appliances from Topline in *********, **.All this company is interested is new orders and money. Scheduling deliveries, service and installation they are absolutely the worse that I have ever experienced. Be aware, if you have any problems with your appliances you are on your ownThe only good experience I had with Topline was Rich from the service department. Very knowledgeable person.

Sales experience with Alec was stress free with extra effort to research savings and expedite product availability.Frequent delivery updates from Jenny via email/text messages, were very helpful in planning the day.Delivery by Andrew and Associate was without flaw and respectful of property.
