My iPhone was frozen. I tried all the solutions given in a Google search. Nothing worked. I took the phone to Verizon. They couldn’t fix it. To their credit they suggested The Device Shop in Westfield. They had the phone working fine in minutes. I’ll certainly be back.

No need to look any further! If you have any issues with you devices, whether is superficial or internal, THE DEVICE SHOP is where you want come to get it fix. Even if you are 1 or 3 hours away from their location, it is worth the trip. They won't waste your time and stand by their word same day repair (consider level of repair)! Friendly customer service, when you call they will help you figure out what you need. I brought in a broken screen Mac Book Pro 13, they ask for 1 hour to fix, but fix within 30 minutes.

The Device Shop has become my “ go to “ resource for technology questions or fixes - George is friendly , attentive and so honest - they won’t waste for time w a fix not warranted and they are accurate in providing repair times - I really trust them and am so glad they’re in Westfield!

I had the most amazing experience with George at the Device Shop yesterday. He was incredibly kind and helpful, super responsive and was able to solve my problem in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place!
